Abstract
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان دور المصارف الإسلامية في المجال الاقتصادي والمالي كما تهدف إلى التعريف بالصيرفة الإسلامية وتسليط الضوء على المعمليات البنكية المتعلقة بها من خلال نظام بنك الجزائر رقم 20-02 مع الإشارة إلى أهم التحديات التي تواجهها واقتراح الحلول التي تسهم في تجاوزها وتحقيق أهدافها الاقتصادية والتنموية وفقا لمبدأ التدرج .
Cette étude vise a expliquer le rôle des banques islamiques dans le domaine de l’économie et de la finance, et à introduire et définir la banque islamique afin de mettre au clair et en évidence les opérations bancaires qui y sont liées par le biais du système de la banque d’Algérie n°20-02, en soulignant les défis les plus importants auxquels elles sont confrontées et en proposant des solutions qui contribuent à les résoudre et à atteindre leurs objectifs économiques et ceux du développement conformément au principe du gradualisme.
This study aims to clarify the role of Islamic banks in the economic and financial field , it also aims to introduce the Islamic bank and highlight the related banking operations related to it, through the system of the bank of Algeria no 20-02, noting the most important challenges they face and proposing solutions that help to overcome them and achieve their economic and development objectives in accordance with the principle of gradualism.
