The Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou has launched a tender for the "Acquisition of teaching equipment and furniture", within the framework of the 2023 operating budget , chapter 22-22, article 01.

The specifications are structured in two (02) lots: 

  • Lot N°01: Acquisition of teaching materials.
  • Lot N° 02 : Acquisition educational furniture.

The present consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou www.ummto.dz

Qualified bidders are invited to obtain the specifications from the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Université Mouloud MAMMERI in Tizi-Ouzou.

Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and the subject of the consultation as well as the mention "technical" or "financial", as the case may be. The two envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked "DO NOT OPEN" and addressed to:

Concerning " Acquisition of educational equipment and furniture."

A/ Application form :

  • The application form, duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
  • The declaration of probity, duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
  • Company status.
  • Copy of trade register.
  • Copy of tax identification
  • Copy of the audited or scheduled extract from the rolls dated less than one month before the date of submission
  • Copy of the certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS.
  • Professional skills (certificate of qualification, accreditation, etc.).
  • Financial capacity (financial resources supported by balance sheets for the last three years, including RCRs, and bank references).
  • Technical capabilities (human and material resources and professional references)

B/ Technical offer file :

  • Coté et initié specifications
  • Bank account number and address
  • Delivery time (written commitment).
  • Component warranty (written commitment).
  • Copy of criminal record less than three months old at the time of submission
  • Declaration to be completed, signed, dated and sealed
  • Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.

C/ Financial offer file:

  • Letter of tender duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
  • Unit price schedule signed, dated and sealed
  • Estimated and quantitative details signed, dated and sealed

A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids at the Faculty headquarters from: 29/05/ 2023.

The deadline for submission of bids is 05/06/2023, at 10:30 a.m. at the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering.                 

The opening of bids will take place on the same day as the submission deadline: 05/06/2023 at 11:00 am at the headquarters of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering Tizi-Ouzou.

Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.

The validity period for bids is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the date of bid opening.
