Dans un premier lieu, les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectroniques de l\u2019interface n-Si(111)-H\/\u00e9lectrolyte ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9es par spectroscopie d\u2019imp\u00e9dance \u00e9lectrochimique (SIE) en pr\u00e9sence et en absence de la saccharine (SAC). Par la suite, la cin\u00e9tique d\u2019\u00e9lectrod\u00e9position de l\u2019alliage FeNi a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e par la voltam\u00e9trie cyclique, ainsi que la composition des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts en fonction de la concentration en ions Fe<sup>2+<\/sup>. La composition moyenne de Fe<sub>55<\/sub>Ni<sub>45<\/sub> a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenue, en mode galvanostatique (densit\u00e9 de courant 0.06mA.cm<sup>-2<\/sup>), pour une concentration ionique en Fe<sup>2+<\/sup> dans la gamme [0.03-0.035] M et une concentration en Ni<sup>2+<\/sup> de 0.06M. Les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e9lectroniques et de corrosion des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts FeNi ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9es, en fonction de la teneur en fer par SIE. Les observations par microscopie \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 balayage (MEB) ont montr\u00e9 que la morphologie des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts d\u00e9pend fortement de la concentration en fer\u00a0; les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts les plus lisses sont obtenus pour la composition Fe<sub>55<\/sub>Ni<sub>45<\/sub>. L\u2019analyse DRX a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que ces films sont constitu\u00e9s d\u2019une mixture de la phase fcc et bcc avec de tr\u00e8s petites tailles de grains de 10 nm en moyenne. Les mesures magn\u00e9tiques par VSM ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une coercivit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1.3 Oe pour des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts Fe<sub>55<\/sub>Ni<sub>45<\/sub> de 640 nm d\u2019\u00e9paisseur. Ces propri\u00e9t\u00e9s magn\u00e9tiques ultra douces sont une signature du faible taux de d\u00e9fauts dans les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong><em>Mots cl\u00e9s :<\/em><\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\"><em>Electrod\u00e9position<\/em><em>,<\/em><em>FeNi,Substrat Si(111), Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s structurales, Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s magn\u00e9tiques.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><em><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Electrodeposition of FeNi films, directly onto Hydrogen terminated n-Si(111)-H from acidic dilute sulfate solution, was studied by electrochemical measurements at room temperature. First of all, we have investigated the electronic properties of the hydrogen terminated Si(111) (n-Si(111)-H)\/electrolyte interface using Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) in the presence and absence of saccharin (SAC). Afterwards, the kinetics of the electroplating process was investigated by voltammetric study and the effect of Fe<sup>2+<\/sup> concentration on the deposit composition was studied. The average composition of Fe<sub>55<\/sub>Ni<sub>45 <\/sub>film was obtained for Fe<sup>2+<\/sup> concentration in the range [0.030-0.035] mol.L<sup>-1 <\/sup>at a current density of -6 mA.cm<sup>-2<\/sup>. Correlation between Fe<sup>2+<\/sup> concentration in the FeNi deposit and electronic properties was also examined by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). As observed by SEM analysis, film roughness depends on Fe<sup>2+<\/sup> concentration, a smoother deposit was obtained for Fe<sub>55<\/sub>Ni<sub>45 <\/sub>film. The film consisted of a mixture of fcc\/bcc phase with a little grain size of 10 nm. Very low coercivity (less than 1.3Oe) was measured in Fe<sub>55<\/sub>Ni<sub>45 <\/sub>thin film with a nominal thickness of 640 nm.
