Cette th\u00e8se est focalis\u00e9e dans un premier temps sur l\u2019\u00e9tude de la s\u00e9lectivit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9action des d\u00e9riv\u00e9s du salicylald\u00e9hyde vis-\u00e0-vis la 4-hydroxycoumarine dans diff\u00e9rentes conditions. Deux s\u00e9ries de compos\u00e9s h\u00e9t\u00e9rocycliques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 isol\u00e9es et un des produits obtenus montre une excellente activit\u00e9 antioxydante \u00e0 de tr\u00e8s faibles concentrations. Un compos\u00e9 de chaque s\u00e9rie a \u00e9t\u00e9 soumis au docking mol\u00e9culaire et \u00e0 une \u00e9tude de la dynamique mol\u00e9culaire dans le cadre de la recherche de nouvelles mol\u00e9cules stables inhibitrices de la prot\u00e9ine Kinase activ\u00e9e par les mitog\u00e8nes P38.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Dans un deuxi\u00e8me volet, la synth\u00e8se des c\u00e9tones \u03b1,\u03b2-insatur\u00e9es associ\u00e9es \u00e0 un noyau pyridinyle et \u00e0 un aryle diversement substitu\u00e9 en utilisant la r\u00e9action classique de Claisen-Schmidt ou la condensation de Knoevenagel a \u00e9t\u00e9 notre deuxi\u00e8me objectif. Ces c\u00e9tones \u03b1, \u03b2-insatur\u00e9es pr\u00e9sentant une tr\u00e8s bonne activit\u00e9 antimicrobienne sont utilis\u00e9es comme mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res pour la synth\u00e8se de nouvelles chalcone-oximes. Les r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019activit\u00e9 antioxydante <em>in-vitro<\/em> de ces derni\u00e8res sont nettement meilleures que leurs pr\u00e9curseurs. This thesis is focused initially on the study of the selectivity of the reaction of salicylaldehyde derivatives vis-\u00e0-vis 4-hydroxycoumarin under different conditions. Two series of heterocyclic compounds were isolated and one of the products obtained shows excellent antioxidant activity at very low concentrations. A compound of each series was subjected to molecular docking and a study of molecular dynamics in the context of the search for new stable molecules inhibiting the protein Kinase activated by the P38 mitogens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">In a second part, the synthesis of \u03b1, \u03b2-unsaturated ketones associated with a pyridinyl ring and a variously substituted aryl using the classic Claisen-Schmidt reaction or the Knoevenagel condensation was our second objective. These \u03b1, \u03b2-unsaturated ketones exhibiting very good antimicrobial activity are used as raw materials for the synthesis of new chalcone-oximes. The results of the <em>in-vitro<\/em> antioxidant activity of the latter are significantly better than their precursors.
