Parmi ces mat\u00e9riaux magn\u00e9tiques, le FePt-L1<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">0 <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">qui pr\u00e9sente une forte anisotropie magn\u00e9tocristalline est particuli\u00e8rement int\u00e9- ressant. L\u2019objectif de cette th\u00e8se est d\u2019\u00e9tudier l\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019\u00e9nergie d\u2019anisotropie magn\u00e9tocrystalline des films minces FePt-L1<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">0 <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle0\">orient\u00e9s selon la direction (001), en particulier, l\u2019\u00e9volution des \u00e9nergies d\u2019anisotropie de surface en fonction de l\u2019environnement atomique (terminaisons de surface) et cristallographique (surface parfaite ou avec d\u00e9faut) des films minces consid\u00e9r\u00e9s, en appliquant une m\u00e9thode d\u2019extraction des \u00e9nergies d\u2019anisotropie volumique et surfacique bas\u00e9 sur le mod\u00e8le ph\u00e9nom\u00e9nologique classique. Les calculs des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s structurales, \u00e9lectroniques et magn\u00e9tiques, en particulier l\u2019\u00e9nergie d\u2019anisotropie magn\u00e9tique du FePt L10 films minces, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en utilisant la th\u00e9orie de la fonctionnelle de la densit\u00e9 via le code de calcul VASP (Vienna Ab-initio Simulation Package).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff\"><strong><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Abstract:<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span class=\"fontstyle0\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"> Magnetic materials are interesting for their potentiel application in several fields such as high density magnetic recording. Among these magnetic materials, FePt-L1<span class=\"fontstyle2\">0 <\/span>which presents a strong magnetocrystalline anisotropy is particularly interesting. The aim of this thesis is to study the evolution of the magnetocrystalline anisotropy energy of FePt-L1<span class=\"fontstyle2\">0 <\/span>thin films oriented along the (001) direction, in particular, the evolution of the surface anisotropy as a function of the atomic (surface terminations) and crystallographic environment (perfect surface or with defect) of the considered thin films, by applying a method for extracting the volume and surface anisotropies based on the classical phenomenological model.
