Les spectres exp\u00e9rimentaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 produits et enregistr\u00e9s avec le spectrographe de 10.7m de l&rsquo;observatoire de Paris-Meudon. Ce qui nous a permis d&rsquo;identifier 1022 nouvelles raies comme transitions entre les configurations f<sup>11<\/sup>, f<sup>10<\/sup>d, f<sup>10<\/sup>s, f<sup>10<\/sup>p additionn\u00e9es aux 591 raies identifi\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment. Ces identifications ont eu pour effet de d\u00e9terminer 168 nouveaux niveaux d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie de l&rsquo;ErIV pour une d\u00e9viation moyenne de 51 cm<sup>-1<\/sup> pour les configurations impaires (f<sup>11<\/sup> et f<sup>10<\/sup>p) et de 53cm<sup>-1<\/sup> pour les configurations paires (f<sup>10<\/sup>d et f<sup>10<\/sup>s). Le nombre important de niveaux exp\u00e9rimentaux identifi\u00e9s donne une meilleure d\u00e9finition des param\u00e8tres de Racah, ce qui am\u00e9liore la pr\u00e9diction des niveaux inconnus et les probabilit\u00e9s de transitions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">Pour le Dy<sup>3+<\/sup>et le Ho<sup>3+<\/sup>, nous nous sommes int\u00e9ress\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tude th\u00e9orique des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s radiatives en utilisant les facteurs d&rsquo;\u00e9chelle d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments de la m\u00eame s\u00e9quence isoionique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mots cl\u00e9s: <\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">Ions trivalents de lanthanides, Spectroscopie \u00e0 r\u00e9seau, Approximation du champ central, Alg\u00e8bre de Racah-slater, Erbium, Dysprosium, Holmium, Niveaux d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, Longueurs d&rsquo;onde, Probabilit\u00e9s de transition, configurations \u00e9lectroniques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">This thesis focuses on the study of the spectroscopic properties of trivalent rare earth ions, such as Er<sup>3+<\/sup>, Dy<sup>3+<\/sup>and Ho<sup>3+<\/sup>. For the ErIV ion, we analyzed and heard the VUV spectrum in the region ranging from 705 to 2460 \u00c5, and this, using an <em>ab-initio<\/em> method implemented in the RD Cowan code which uses the approximation of the central field and the Racah-slater algebra. Using the experimental spectra recorded with the 10.7m spectrograph from the Paris-Meudon observatory, this made it possible to identify 1022 new lines of transitions between the f<sup>11<\/sup>, f<sup>10<\/sup>d, f<sup>10<\/sup>s, f<sup>10<\/sup>p configurations of the ion Er<sup>3+<\/sup> added to 591 lines identified previously. These identifications have the effect of determining 168 new energy levels of ErIV for an average deviation of 51cm<sup>-1<\/sup>for the configurations of odd parity (f<sup>11<\/sup> ~and f<sup>10<\/sup>p) and 53 cm<sup>-1<\/sup>for the even configurations (f<sup>10<\/sup>dand f<sup>10<\/sup>s).
