Cette d\u00e9marche nous a permis d\u2019identifier rapidement les facteurs influents sur le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 ainsi que les \u00e9ventuelles interactions entre ces derniers. Les meilleures r\u00e9ductions des compos\u00e9s ph\u00e9noliques (87,30 %) et de la DCO (76,30 %) de la margine sont obtenues \u00e0 pH 12, avec un rapport solide \/ liquide (Hydroxyapatite \/ margine) de 10 g\/L pendant une dur\u00e9e de r\u00e9action de 30 min. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 L\u2019extraction des compos\u00e9s ph\u00e9noliques \u00e0 partir de l\u2019hydroxyapatite charg\u00e9e en utilisant l\u2019\u00e9ther di\u00e9thylique comme solvant avec un rapport liquide\/solide de 40 mL\/g nous a permis de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer 25.50 % des polyph\u00e9nols. La r\u00e9utilisation de l\u2019hydroxyapatite r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par calcination dans le traitement de la margine par le m\u00eame proc\u00e9d\u00e9 a permis l\u2019obtention d\u2019un bon pouvoir de r\u00e9duction des teneurs en DCO et en compos\u00e9s ph\u00e9noliques. \u00a0La mod\u00e9lisation de la cin\u00e9tique de la r\u00e9action de copr\u00e9cipitation par les plusieurs mod\u00e8les math\u00e9matiques a montr\u00e9 que le mod\u00e8le logarithmique pr\u00e9sente le meilleur ajustement des concentrations pr\u00e9dites par la m\u00e9thodologie des surfaces de r\u00e9ponses. Ce dernier correspond \u00e0 la cin\u00e9tique du premier ordre. \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff\"> Mots cl\u00e9s\u00a0<\/span> <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">Margine, hydroxyapatite, compos\u00e9s ph\u00e9noliques, DCO, copr\u00e9cipitation,\u00a0 extraction, calcination, cin\u00e9tique et plans d\u2019exp\u00e9riences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff\">Abstract<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The aim of this study was to synthesize hydroxyapatite by precipitation method for reducing the phenolic compounds and COD in olive mill wastewater by the co-precipitation process.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Results of the optimization synthesis of hydroxyapatite by the response surface technique showed that the stoichiometric hydroxyapatite (with Ca\/P = 1.67) was obtained using reagents Ca\/P molar ratio of 1.70, Ca <sup>2+<\/sup> concentration of 1.50 M and reaction time of 45 h.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The co-precipitation process of phenolic compounds and COD with synthesized hydroxyapatite was carried out using experimental methodology. This approach allowed us to quickly identify the influencing factors on the process and the interactions between them. The best reductions of phenolic compounds (87, 30%) and COD (76, 30%) were obtained at pH 12 with solid\/liquid ratio of 10 g\/L and reaction time of 30 min.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Phenolic compounds extraction from the charged hydroxyapatite using diethyl ether as solvent with a liquid \/solid ratio of 40 mL\/g allowed us to recover 25.50% of polyphenols. Reuse of regenerated hydroxyapatite by calcination in olive mill wastewater treatment by the same process allowed for a good reduction of phenolic compounds and COD.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Kinetic modeling of the co-precipitation process by several mathematical models showed that the logarithmic model fits better the predicted concentrations by the response surface methodology.
