Dans la premi\u00e8re partie, une approche th\u00e9orique microscopique efficace, la th\u00e9orie de la r\u00e9ponse lin\u00e9aire adoss\u00e9e aux simulations de la dynamique mol\u00e9culaire \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre, a permis de mettre en exergue le r\u00f4le de la couche \u00e0 l\u2019interface nanoparticule-fluide dans l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la conductivit\u00e9 thermique des nanofluides consid\u00e9r\u00e9s. Les r\u00e9sultats de ces recherches mettent en \u00e9vidence l\u2019influence des modes de vibration des atomes d\u2019argon liquide situ\u00e9s autour des nanoparticules de cuivre sur la conductivit\u00e9 thermique. Des conclusions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tir\u00e9es sur la corr\u00e9lation entre l\u2019augmentation du libre parcours moyen des modes vibrationnels des nanoparticules de cuivre et l\u2019augmentation de la conductivit\u00e9 thermique. Dans la deuxi\u00e8me partie exp\u00e9rimentale, l\u2019\u00e9laboration de nanoparticules de cuivre bas\u00e9e sur la m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9p\u00f4t par plasma RF, sur substrat liquide a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e. Dans un premier temps, apr\u00e8s la description des param\u00e8tres caract\u00e9ristiques du d\u00e9p\u00f4t et des caract\u00e9risations par spectrophotom\u00e9trie, microscopie \u00e0 force atomique et diffraction dynamique de la lumi\u00e8re, la formation de nanoparticules de Cu2O de diam\u00e8tre allant de quelques nanom\u00e8tres \u00e0 une centaine de nanom\u00e8tres a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9e. Puis, dans un deuxi\u00e8me temps, l\u2019influence d\u2019un certain nombre de param\u00e8tres exp\u00e9rimentaux sur la nature, la morphologie et la taille des nanoparticules a \u00e9t\u00e9 rapport\u00e9e. Une stabilit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e du nanofluide a pu \u00eatre atteinte. In the first part, an efficient microscopic theoretical approach, the theory of the linear response assisted by simulations of molecular dynamics at equilibrium, made it possible to highlight the role of the nanolayer interface in the improvement of the thermal conductivity of nanofluids studied. The results of this research highlight the influence of the vibration modes of liquid argon atoms located around copper nanoparticles on thermal conductivity. Conclusions were drawn on the correlation between increased mean free path of vibrational modes of copper nanoparticles and increased thermal conductivity.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">In a second experimental part, the elaboration of copper nanoparticles based on the RF plasma deposition method on a liquid substrate was carried out. First, after the description of the characteristic parameters of the deposit and the characterizations by spectrophotometry, atomic force microscopy and dynamic light scattering, the formation of Cu<sub>2<\/sub>O nanoparticles with a diameter ranging from a few to a hundred of nanometers was shown. Then, secondly, the influence of a number of experimental parameters on the nature, morphology and size of nanoparticles was reported. Moderate stability of the nanofluid was achieved.
