Registration of Foreign Students<\/span><\/h2>\n

<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1) Students granted a scholarship by the Algerian Government :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

In accordance with Ministerial Circular No. 47 of 05 May 1986, foreign students are authorised to enrol in Algerian universities subject to submission of a Certificate issued by the Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.<\/p>\n

2) Students who are children of foreign residents in Algeria :<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

These students can be admitted under the same conditions as Algerian students. However, their final registration requires the presentation of an authorisation issued by the Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.<\/p>\n
