Item Les stratégies du sous-titrage d’un film documentaire de l’arabe vers le français : قسنطينة... مهوى الأفئدة comme modèle.(Université Mouloud Mammeri, 2023) LARBANI Amel DjedjigaNotre étude s'insère dans le cadre d'une recherche spécifique en traduction. Elle se concentre sur le sous-titrage, un mode de communication destiné au spectateur par le biais de la vision plutôt que de l'ouïe. L'objectif de cette recherche est d'analyser les différentes stratégies permettant de réaliser le sous-titrage d’un film documentaire tout en préservant le message lors de sa transition de l'oral à l'écrit. Pour cela nous avons formulé cette problématique : Quelles sont les stratégies que le traducteur peut adopter lors du soustitrage d’un film documentaire de l’arabe vers le français ? Afin de répondre à cette question, nous avons effectué le sous-titrage du film documentaire « قسنطينة...مهوى الأفئدة » en français en nous servant des stratégies de sous-titrage d’Henrik Gottlieb ainsi que des procédés de traduction de Vinay et Darbelnet, L’étude a démontré que la paraphrase et la condensation sont les stratégies les mieux adaptées pour le sous-titrage de ce genre cinématographique.Item Difficulties of Subtitling the Implied Meaning in an Algerian Dialect Short-movie into English Case study: DZ’Ombie(Université Mouloud Mammeri, 2021) HARRECHE Yasmine; ABDELLI LydiaThe aim of the present research is to pinpoint the main challenges, difficulties and constrains that hinder the processes of translating and subtitling the implied meanings and emotions in the Algerian dialect short movie ―DZ‘Ombie‖ into English. This research aims to reveal and extract the implied meaning and emotions beyond several other emotions, mainly ―Humor‖ through studying its signs (body movements, facial expressions and voice tone). To achieve these objectives, ―the interpretive theory‖ along with ―Imitation and transfer‖ (Gottlieb‘s strategies of subtitling) and the ―Aegisub‖ software have been adopted and used in the study. The conclusion which can be drawn from the findings of this study indicates that the quality of the translation output using the interpretive theory is not up to the desired level due to the inability to interpret the real emotions and moral effects conveyed by the speakers in the original texts. In addition to that, translating and subtitling the cultural patterns such as idioms, proverbs and jokes as well as religious terms were challenging as they are deeply rooted in the Algerian culture. This imposed the need for using other techniques as mentioned above. It is worth mentioning that the research results confirmed that translating and subtitling the Algerian Dialect into English have three main difficulties: linguistic, cultural and practical difficulties. We tried to answer the problematic asked about how translate Archaeological terms from Arabic to English, during this process, we faced some difficulties in translating the right theory and suitable strategies due to the linguistic and cultural differences .despite all this we succeed to translate some chosen examples of the corpus and achieve to choose the equivalent terms using the communicative and semantic theories of NewmarkItem The challenges of subtitling American legal court hearings from English into Arabic language “Paternity Court, episode 66, season 3” case study(Université Mouloud Mammeri, 2021) NOURINE Radhia; SAOUD NassimThe aim of this research is to study and analyze the challenges encountered in the process of translating and subtitling American legal court hearings ―Paternity Court‖ season 3, episode 66 from English to Arabic. The first challenge we have faced concerned the translation of a court utterance composed of legal terminology according to Skopos theory in order to transfer the same legal effect from English to Arabic without altering with the officiality and the seriousness of court, as well as simplify the meaning for the target audience, where we have found that this theory is the only one that could achieve this purpose. However, upon moving to implement our translation into our subtitle work, we have found that the position, time and length to be some of the constraints that did not allow us to provide a good subtitle experience, so we opted to adjust our translation and maintain the legal effect by using Gottlieb‘s subtitling strategies. We think that this process has a good impact in the field of translation overall and subtitling in a legal manner to be precise. We deduce from this research that the translator must possess high proficiency and adequate law experience in order to be able to convey the legal message in an objective way, respecting the cultural and religious differences from the source to the target textItem Particularités de la traduction journalistique : traduction des termes relatifs à la violence conjugale(Universite Mouloud Mammeri Tizi Ouzou, 2022) Bouferguene, Terkia; Boukais, MelissaCe présent mémoire a pour but d’offrir une traduction des termes inhérents à la violence conjugale de la langue arabe vers la langue française. Ainsi que la traduction d’articles de presse de différents sites internet tel que : Erraya, Al Jazeera Net, El Watan… Notre travail de recherche vise à fournir une analyse traductologique en s’appuyant sur les sept procédés techniques proposés par Jean Paul Vinay et Jean Darbelnet dans leur ouvrage "stylistique comparée du français et de l’anglais". En s'appuyant également sur la théorieinterprétative (théorie du sens) fondée par DanicaSeleskovitch et Marianne Lederer, ainsi que la recherche documentaire de Christine Durieux. La première partie aborde les aspects théoriques : en premier lieu, la traduction journalistique, ses particularités, en second lieu ; les informations sur le sujet traité qui est la terminologie des termes relatifs à la violence conjugale et la présentation de la théorie interprétative, de l’approche comparative, et de la recherche documentaire. La seconde partie est une brève présentation et une analyse traductologique de quelques termes de violence tirés de notre corpus. La troisième partie comporte les articles de presse sélectionnés, ainsi que notre traduction de ces derniers.Item A Critical Analysis of Fictional Expressions Translation from English into Arabic in J.K Rowling’s Harry Potter and philosopher's stone(Mouloud Mammeri University of Tizi –Ouzou, 2022) Ramdani, Hakima; Hennad, AbderrezzaqThis research paper aims to address the challenges encountered in translating English fictional expressions into Arabic and propose suitable solutions to overcome them. Translation, being a delicate and intricate task within the realm of language studies, involves a multitude of complex issues. The complexity further intensifies when translating from English to Arabic, necessitating a translator's profound linguistic knowledge to navigate both the surface and underlying intricacies of language. Translating also entails the transfer and transformation of various distinctive elements from one language to another. Given that Arabic and English originate from different and distant linguistic backgrounds, translating between the two scripts presents numerous difficulties in areas such as vocabulary, grammar, phonetics, style, and usage. This paper specifically focuses on the challenges associated with translating fictional expressions into Arabic, proposing practical and acceptable approaches to overcome these obstacles based on linguistic considerations, contextual factors, cultural aspects, and more. The translation analysis is based on precise procedures and observations relying on the contrastive approach between the original language "English" and the target language "Arabic". Our corpuscontains a selectionof cosmetic products from the electronic brochure of Foreverliving trademark. The study basis in the direct translation procedures of VINAY and DARBELNET and the various semantic, and syntactic inaccuracies.Item Difficulties of Translating Industrial Agriculture Terms from English into Arabic Language. Case study : selected videos from youtube channel(جأمعة مولود معمري -تيزي وزو, 2022) Boukherchoufa, Djedjiga; Mameri, NassimaThis work deals with the difficulties of translating terms related to industrial agriculture from English to Arabic, whereby we translated our corpus consisting of three videos taken from YouTube channel through adopting the comparative theory of Vinay and Darbelnet, and we tried to highlight the most important difficulties. Through this research, we concluded that the terminology of industrial agriculture is informative and is characterized by accuracy, conciseness and clarity. As well as it is formed by using several morphological ways such as derivation, borrowing, combination and abbreviations. In addition, the translation of industrial agriculture terms requires complex knowledge of different fields and it involves technical translation. Furthermore, after the analysis we concluded that the translator faces multiple difficulties in translating agricultural terms such as the lack of equivalence. Therefore is necessary to master the language and specialize in the field to convey the meaning in a correct way, we also concluded that Vinay’s and Darbelnet theory is appropriate for translating industrial agricultural terms.Item إشكالية ترجمة البعد الثقافي في الرواية الجزائرية المكتوبة باللّغة الفرنسية من خلال ترجمة فصل من رواية “Les vigiles” للروائي "الطاهر جاووت"، أنموذجا.(جأمعة مولود معمري -تيزي وزو, 2022) زغمار, دوحة; بلحاج, هبةCette étude a pour objet de mettre en évidence la problématique du concept de la dimension culturelle dans le roman algérien écrit en langue française et à souligner l’importance du transfert culturel en traduction, cela met le traducteur face à des difficultés qui peuvent empêcher une traduction correcte et précise, des défis qui l’obligent à rechercher et à trouver les solutions nécessaires pour les surmonter. L’objectif de cette étude est de clarifier l’importance des méthodes les plus appropriées utilisées dans la traduction de ces concepts culturels qui à leur tour facilitent la tâche du traducteur. Nous avons conclu notre travail par une étude appliquée pour aborder ces contextes en les analysant selon les quatre stratégies élaborés par Marianne LEDERER (Adaptation, Conversion, Explicitation, Ethnocentrisme) dans le but de mesurer le taux d’efficacité de ces stratégies pour surmonter la problématique de la traduction de la dimension culturelle dans le roman algérien écrit en langue française.Item صعوبة ترجمة نصوص اﻹقتصاد اﻷزرق من اللغة الفرنسية ﺇلى اللغة العربية مقالات صحفية مختارة أنموذجا(جأمعة مولود معمري -تيزي وزو, 2022) حمادي, فريال; شايب, ويساميتناول موضوع بحثنا ترجمة نصوص الاقتصاد الأزرق من اللّغة الفرنسية إلى اللّغة العربية مستمدة من الصحف الوطنية ومن مواقع إلكترونية. حيث كانت إشكالية بحثناما هي الصعوبات التي يواجهها المترجم في ترجمة نصوص الاقتصاد الأزرق من اللّغة الفرنسية إلى اللّغة العربية؟ وللإجابة عن هذه الإشكالية قسمنا البحث إلى فصلين: في الفصل الأول النّظري الذي بدوره ينقسم إلى ثلاث مباحث في المبحث الأول قمنا بتعريف التّرجمة المتخصصة وبمفهوم مجال الاقتصاد الأزرق مجالاته، مبادئه وفي المبحث الثاني الصعوبات التي يواجهها المترجم وكيفية ترجمة المصطلح وفي المبحث الثالث تناولنا أساليب الترجمة عند فينيوداربلني.أما في الفصل الثّاني التّطبيقي الذي جاء بعنوان دراسة المدونة وتحليلها المتمثلة في مقالات صحفية مستمدة من صحف وطنية ومواقع الكترونية وفي هذا الفصل قمنا بتقديم المدونة والمنهجية المتبعة في تحليل المدونة وعرض الأساليب المباشرة والغير المباشرة التي قمنا بالاعتماد عليها في الترجمة.في الأخير خاتمة لعرض النّتائج المتوصل إليها. كما رافقنا البحث بمسردين عربي /فرنسي الأول خاص بالتّرجمة والثّاني خاص بالمذكرة. اختتمناها بمجموعة من المصادر والمراجعItem توظيف اِستراتيجية التصرّف في ترجمة الأدب النّسوي الجزائري المكتوب باللّغة الفرنسية ترجمة فصل من رواية " Les Alouettes Naïves " لأسيا جبار(جأمعة مولود معمري -تيزي وزو, 2022) لكابي, لامية; جنادي, مليكةCette étude a pour objet de mettre en évidence la problématique du concept de l’adaptation dans le roman algérien écrit en langue française et à s’aligner l’importance de l’adaptation en traduction correcte et précise des défis qui a l’obligent à rechercher et à trouver les solutions nécessaires pour les surmonter, notre objectif dans cette étude est de clarifié l’importance des méthodes les plus approprierItem إشكاليّة ترجمة أسلوب التلطف في فيلم الكرتونMADAGASCAR 2005(جأمعة مولود معمري -تيزي وزو, 2023) شايبي, نسيمة; عالم, وسامTaking care of the child’s culture is of the utmost importance, as he is a first-class recipient who improves the reception of messages, even if he not keeping attention. Therefore, it was necessary, while translating, to take into account many aspects such as age, morals and religion. Our goal in this study is to know the problems facing the translator during his translation of "Euphemisms" during his translation of cartoon films directed to children, the sample of this study consists of examples taken from the film MADAGASCAR 2005 for the use of "Euphemisms" related to topics of sex and sensitive organs, as well as racism, followed by some hypothesis to reach the goal of this research. In addition, this study also focuses on the main translation strategies of Jan PEDERSON(2005) we relied on to analyse the translated euphemisem in Arabic, to avoid the ambiguity including: retention, literal translation, substitution, paraphrasing, and omission, as well as the critique of inappropriate translations and providing alternatives if necessary. This study attempts to show that the use of "Euphemisms" in cartoon films is a clear phenomenon and that the process of translating it into Arabic is in fact problematic due to the cultural and linguistic differences. From this point of view, this paper is an attempt to explore this phenomenon in the linguistic field first and then in the field of audio-visual translation. The study concluded that taboos and offensive expressions are part of every culture, however, "Euphemisms" allows people to express themselves without fear of being rude and offensive. لونيس, ليليةلقد تناولنا في موضوعنا، تقنيات ترجمة مصطلحات الجراحة التجميلية من اللغة الإنجليزية إلى اللغة العربية (الفصل الخامس من كتاب Textbook of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery أنموذجا)، حيث عرّفنا علم المصطلح و المصطلح العلمي وآليات وضعه، كما قدمنا تعريف للغة العامة واللغة المتخصصة، وذكرنا مفهوم الترجمة ومجالاتها، واعتمدنا على الأسلوبية المقارنة لفيني وداربلني التي ساعدتنا بدورها على القيام بترجمة مضمونة وسليمة، كما استخدمناها في تحليل عينة من مصطلحات الجراحة التجميلية. بعد دراستنا وتحليلنا لهذه المدونة استخلصنا أنّ الترجمة كانت ولا تزال وسيلة للتواصل الحضاري، كما أنّها ليست وليدة اليوم بل هي صنعة ولدت مع التاريخ، تطورت وتقدمت جنبا إلى جنب مع التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي ،فأثرت اللغة العربية بمصطلحات علمية طبية جديدة، يستخدمها المترجم لتجاوز الصعوبات التي تصادفه أثناء الترجمة ونقل المفاهيم من لغة إلى لغة أخرى بصورة سليمة ودقيقة، خالية من الأخطاءItem ترجمة مصطلحات طب الرئة من اللغة الفرنسية إلى اللغة العربية فصول من كتاب Le livre blanc de la pneumologie ل Christos Choauid et all أنموذجا(جأمعة مولود معمري -تيزي وزو, 2022) مسعد, كسيلة; عادل, محمديندرج موضوع بحثنا ضمن الترجمة الطبية، وبالظبط حول ترجمة مصطلحات طب الرئة من اللغة الفرنسية الى اللغة العربية حيث قمنا بترجمة 13 فصلا من مدونة «Le livre blanc de la pneumologie » الذي كتب من طرف اللجنة الفرنسية لطب الرئة التي تتضمن : Christos Chouaïd (coordinnateur),Élisabeth Biron, Jacques Bourcereau, Frédéric Champel, Yves Grillet, Philippe Laurent, Boris Melloni, Anne Prud'homme. وقد ركزنا في هذا البحث على الاشكالية الرئيسة والتي تتمثل في" كيف يتوصل المترجم الى حل الصعوبات التي يواجهها عند ترجمة مصطلحات طب الرئة من اللغة الفرنسية الى اللغة العربية وفيما تتمثل النظريات الملائمة والمساعدة لنقل المصطلحات من لغة المصدر الى لغة الهدف نقلا سليما ؟"و من أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها ان اسلوب الترجمة الحرفية هو السائد مقارنة بالأساليب الأخرى . و لقد اعتمدنا في عملية الترجمة على نظرية الاسلوبية المقارنة لفيني و درابلني ونظرية كريستين دوريو و ذك للوصول إلى إيجاد المقابلات المناسبة للمصطلحات المتعلقة بطب الرئة.Item ترجمة السخرية في رواية وفاة الرّجل الميت لسعيد بوطاجين من اللّغة العربيّة إلى الفرنسيّة دراسة تطبيقية أنموذجًا(جامعة مولود معمري - تيزي وزو, 2022) أونوح, نادية; L’objectif de cette est d’identifier les difficultés et les erreurs rencontrés par le logiciel "Google Traduction", tout en traduisant ces termes archéologiques, au premier rang les erreurs linguistiques et de traduction , puisque le travail tourne en principe autour de la traduction spécialisée dans le domaine de l’archéologie, nous l'avons accomplis en se basent sur les procédés de "Venay et Darbelnet", avec un ensemble de mécanismes qui nous ont aidés à corriger la traduction, y compris la recherche documentaire et la post-édition.Item إشكالية ترجمة الخصوصيات الثقافية لبعض مقتطفات النص الروائي حبيبي داعشي لهاجر عبد الصمد و ترجمتها إلى الإنجليزية(Université Mouloud Mammeri Tizi-Ouzou, 2022) تولايت, روزة; إيودارين, ليليةOur research is about: “the problematic of translating the cultural particularities of some excerpts from the novel of hadjer abd-samad "my beloved ISIS”.The research is turning around literary translation, since it aims a shedding the light on the different ambiguities encountered within the process of translating cultural particularities , which is one of the most and sensitive translations. First, we attempted to define the novel in question with its types, then we discussed its characteristics and elements, in addition to this, we explained and defined cultural particularities‘s kinds . During our translation, we were focused on the interpretive theory, which is divided into three stages which are: the first is the stage of understanding; after that comes the linguistics alienation, and the stage of re-expression and formulation. Finally, we translated some novel’s excerpts from Arabic to English, so we extracted some examples of cultural particularities and analysed then according to interpretative theory that is developed by DENICA SELESKOVITCH and MZRIANNE LEDERER
