Abstract

anda tekcem ɣer uɣarbaz azzayri deg useggas aɣurbiz 1995/1996, deg tallit- agi aselmed ines

zrin wussan anaɣlaf aɣlnaw n uselmed yerrad lewlhas ɣer tutlayt-agi yeheyya-d deg 1997 ahil
amezewaru s wacu ara qablen iselmaden almud n tutlayet isemi-is “ Lmed Tamaziɣt”, yebḍa
ɣef sin iḥricen, ahil agi yella iteddu s yiwet n tarayt n uselmed i wumi qqaren “aselmed s
yiswiyen”, d tarrayt taqdimt id-tewwi tmurt-nneɣ, aslemed n tutlayt tamaziɣt am tutlayin
nniḍen yesxedem tarrayt-agi deg yiseggasen n 1997/2003, d tarrayet yebnan ɣef uferdis n
uselmed , yal tamsirt tesɛa iswi-ines waḥd-s, d tin yerran aselmad d netta ara yexdemen kullec
deg tenaɣrit yesɛa ahil ilaq ad yessaweḍ inelmaden-ines ɣer yiswiyen id-ihegga deg tazwara,
ma d inelmaden tabaɛen kan aselmad nsen. Deg useggas n 2003 anɣlaf n uselmed yernna-d
ahil nniḍen i usnarni n ulmud n tutlayt tamaziɣt.

tutlayin akk niḍen, teɛedda seg uselmed s yisewiyen ɣer uselemd s yisenfaren, tarrayt-agi
taneggarut d tamaynut i yellan deg unekmar s tzemmar, d tarrayt anda ara yesnerni unelmad s
timmad-is timusniwin-ines, s uwelah n uselmad d usekfel n wayen yelmed yakan, asenfar d
annar yesdukklen iswan n ulemmud, iswi-ines agejdan d afardis s timawit akked tira, tettara
inelmaden d nutni ara yebnun alemmud nnsen, aselmad ad aten-iɛawen kan. Amusnaw i dyeskcemen
