Abstract
La réalisation d’un nouveau port de plaisance s’enregistre dans le cadre de la réalisation
de la Zone d’Expansion des Sites Touristiques de « Sidi Khelifa » commune d’Azzefoun, a
pour objet d’accentuer le tourisme dans cette région, il sera doté d’une capacité d’accueil de
600 bateaux. La mise en exploitation de cette infrastructure aura impact sur l’économie de la
région environnante et être comme capteur de tourismes pour les plages existantes.
La réalisation de ce port nécessite au préalable une étude technico-économique basée
sur des données collectées, elles serviront pour la détermination de la surface qu’occuperait ce
port et du nombre d’embarcations susceptibles d’emprunter cet édifice.
Notre travail a pour objectif de passer en revue les notions de base des travaux
maritimes et, à travers le projet de Sidi Khelifa, d’examiner les différentes étapes suivies pour
l’étude et la réalisation d’un port (collecte des données, conception des ouvrages de protection
(Jetées ou Digues) et des ouvrages d’accostage (Quais, Appontements).

The construction of a new marina is part of the realization of the zone of
expansion of tourist sites (ZEST) of "Sidi khelifa" commune of Azzefoun, aims
to increase tourism in this region, it will have a capacity of 600 boats. The
operation of this infrastructure will have an impact on the economy of the
surrounding region and be as a sensor of tourism for the existing beaches.
The realization of this port requires beforehand a technico-economic study
based on collected data, which will be used to determine the surface that this
port would occupy and the number of boats likely to use this building.
The objective of our work is to review the basic concepts of maritime
works and, through the Sidi Khelifa project, to examine the different stages
followed for the study and the realization of a port (data collection, design of
protection works (Jetties or Dykes) and berthing works (Quays, Wharves.).
