CONSULTATION NOTICE N° 07 /UMMTO/FLL/2020
The Faculty of Letters and Languages of the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou has launched a call for tenders for the "Supply of electrical maintenance, plumbing, sanitary ware, painting and carpentry, as well as maintenance and repair work on buildings used for administrative and educational purposes", as part of the operating budget for 2020 .
Chapter 22/18: item 01.
The specifications are structured into 03 lots:
Lot 01 Electrical maintenance, carpentry, painting and sanitary plumbing supplies
Lot 02 : Maintenance and repair of sanitary facilities in the English and Arabic departments.
Lot 03 : Roof maintenance and repair.
The present consultation will be published on the UMMTO website and posted publicly.
All qualified bidders in the field may bid for one or all lots of this consultation. The specifications can be obtained from the general resources department of the Faculty of Letters and Languages, Campus Hasnaoua.
Tenders must be submitted to the secretariat of the Dean of the Faculty of Letters and Languages in a single sealed envelope marked "DO NOT OPEN" and bearing the title of the consultation. The file must include three envelopes
Bidders have 08 days to prepare and submit their bids to the secretariat of the Faculty of Letters and Languages at the Hasnaoua campus from 04/11/2020.
Bids must be submitted by 11/11/2020 at 10:00 am.
The opening of bids will take place on the same day as the deposit of bids 11/11/2020 at 10:30 am in the meeting room located on the2nd floor.
Bidders who wish to do so may attend or delegate their representative to attend the bid opening session.
Tenders are valid for a period equal to the preparation period plus three months from the date of tender opening.
