Baccalaureate holders with a 2023 baccalaureate who were unable to apply for a transfer or a change of stream on the PROGRES platform between August 29 and September 1, 2023, may apply for a transfer to the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou or a change of stream within the same university by completing this form between September 7 and 14, 2023.
