The Université Mouloud MAMMERI - Tizi-Ouzou is launching a national open tender for: "Acquisition, installation and commissioning of IT equipment for the digitization of the library at the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou".
The specifications comprise three lots:
Lot 01: Acquisition, installation and commissioning of a professional book scanner;
Lot 02: Acquisition, installation and commissioning of a library management solution
virtual, image processing and scanning;
Lot 03: Acquisition, installation and commissioning of computer hardware.
Candidates may bid for one or more lots, and may be selected for one or more lots.

Tenders must be submitted in a single sealed and anonymous envelope in the form of three separate files in three sealed envelopes and
bearing, respectively:
I. The application file contains:
1. Declaration of candidacy (completed, dated, signed and sealed);
2. Declaration of probity (completed, dated, signed and sealed);
3. Articles of association for companies;
4. Documents authorizing persons to bind the company;
1. Balance sheets for the last three (03) financial years, approved by the tax authorities, and bank references;
5. Human and material resources and professional references.
II. A technical bid: containing:
1. A declaration to be filled in, signed, sealed and dated;
2. A supporting technical memorandum containing:
- A description of the equipment, its origin, technical characteristics and performance (please enclose a certificate of origin for the equipment);
- The equipment warranty, after-sales service and lead times (in accordance with the models attached to the specifications);
3. The specifications, handwritten "read and accepted" on the last page.
III. A financial offer: containing the following documents, completed,
dated, signed and sealed:
1. Tender letter;
2. The unit price schedule;
3. Quantities and estimates.
The sealed main envelope must not bear any external inscriptions other than the following:
Université Mouloud Mammeri, Hasnaoua I, Tizi-Ouzou.

The period for the preparation of bids begins on 08/01/2024.
The closing date and time for the submission of bids is 28/01/2024 at 10 h 30 mn.
Tenders must be submitted to the Vice Rectorate in charge of Development, Prospective and Orientation, 5th floor, Tour rectorale,
Hasnaoua I of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI - Tizi-Ouzou.
Tenders will be opened on the last day coinciding with the deadline for submission of tenders, at 11:00 a.m.
Tenders will be valid for the period during which they have been prepared, plus 3 months from the date of opening.
