The University Mouloud MAMMERI - Tizi-Ouzou launches a national open tender for : "Acquisition of teaching equipment for 5000 teaching places for the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou".

The specifications are composed of eight (08) lots:

      Batch no. 01: Furniture for lecture theaters, classrooms and tutorial rooms

      Batch no. 02: Classroom boards, amphitheatre boards and notice boards

      Batch no. 03: Conference room furniture and miscellaneous furnishings

      Lot n°04: Laboratory furniture

      Lot n°05: Audiovisual equipment

      Lot n°06: Reprographic equipment

     Batch no. 07: Air conditioners

     Lot n°08: Curtains (for micro-businesses)

Bidders may bid for one or more lots and may be selected for one or more lots.

Interested companies can obtain the specifications, in digital format, from the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou at the Vice Rectorat chargé du Développement, de la Prospective et de l'Orientation 5th floor, Tour rectorale, Hasnaoua I.

Tenders, accompanied by the required documents, must be submitted in a sealed, anonymous envelope in the form of three separate files:

I.The application form:

  1. Declaration of candidacy (completed, dated, signed and sealed) ;
  2. Declaration of probity (completed, dated, signed and sealed) ;
  3. Articles of association for companies ;
  4. Documents relating to the powers of attorney of persons authorized to bind the company;
  5. Financial capacity: balance sheets for the last three (03) financial years approved by the tax authorities, and bank references.

        The application file for lotno. 08 (for micro-businesses) must contain :

    1. Declaration of candidacy (completed, signed and sealed) ;
    2. Declaration of probity (completed, signed and sealed) ;
    3. Decision to grant tax benefits under ANADE or ANSEJ, CNAC, ANGEM and ANDI ;

    N.B.: The successful tenderer must provide the documents justifying the information contained in the application form within a maximum of 10 days from the date of referral.

    II.a technical offer :

      1. A declaration to be completed, signed, sealed and dated;
      2. Description of equipment (completed, signed, sealed and dated) ;
      3. A supporting technical memorandum for each lot to be tendered (in accordance with the models attached in the appendices to the specifications), specifying: the equipment warranty; after-sales service; lead time; human, material and professional capacities; the origin of the equipment to be delivered; its technical characteristics and performance(attach certificate of origin and conformity);
      4. Support for equipment descriptions with visuals and prototypes on CD;
      5. The specifications, handwritten "read and accepted" on the last page.
    1.  III. financial offer :
    2. Tender letter (completed, dated, signed and sealed).
    3. The unit price schedule (completed, dated, signed and sealed).
    4. Quantities and estimates (completed, dated, signed and sealed).

    Tenderers shall submit their bids in a sealed main envelope bearing no external inscriptions other than the following:

    Université Mouloud Mammeri, Hasnaoua I, Tizi-Ouzou.

    "TO BE OPENED ONLY BY THE BID OPENING AND EVALUATION COMMITTEE".

    1. SUBJECT : "Acquisition of teaching equipment for 5,000 teaching places at the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou".

      This main envelope will contain three sealed envelopes:

      1. An envelope containing all the application documents, marked "DOSSIER DE CANDIDATURE".
      2. One containing all the technical offer documents, marked "TECHNICAL OFFER".
      3. The other containing all the financial offer documents, marked "FINANCIAL OFFER".

      Each sealed envelope must be identified as such.

      The tender preparation period is set at twenty (20) days from the date of 26/09/2022.

      The deadline for submission of bids is 16/10/2022 before 10:30 am.

      Tenders should be submitted to Vice Rectorat chargé du Développement, de la Prospective et de l'Orientation 5th floor, Tour rectorale, Hasnaoua I of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI - Tizi-Ouzou.

      Tenders will be opened on the last day coinciding with the deadline for submission of tenders at 11:00 am. Bidders are invited to attend.

      The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus 3 months from the bid opening date.
