The Faculty of Construction Engineering informs all bidders who participated in the consultation notice N°14/FGC/UMMTO/2022 concerning themaintenance and repair of buildings for administrative and pedagogical use for the Faculty of Construction Engineering, published on the website of the University Mouloud MAMMERI and at the level of the Directorate of Local Administration and the Directorate of Commerce of the Wilaya of Tizi-Ouzou that following the evaluation of the offers retained from this consultation.
In accordance with Article 82 of Presidential Decree No. 15-247 of September 16, 2015 regulating public procurement and public service delegations, any bidders contesting this choice are granted a period of ten days from the first publication of this notice on the notice board within the administrative block of the Faculty of Construction Engineering, to lodge their appeal with the bid opening and evaluation committee of the Faculty of Construction Engineering.
Tenderers interested in receiving the detailed results of their technical and financial bids are invited to contact the contracting department no later than three days after the first publication of this provisional award notice.
