In accordance with the provisions of Articles 65 and 82 of Presidential Decree No. 15-247 of September 16, 2015 regulating public procurement and delegation of public service, the University Mouloud MAMMERI - Tizi-Ouzou [ NIF : 408 020 000 150 039] , informs all bidders who participated in the consultation N°03/VRDPO/UMMTO/2021 , concerning "Acquisition of computer equipment for the University Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou", which was the subject of a public posting and a publication on the website of the university, that following the evaluation and analysis of offers, the agreement relating to this operation is provisionally awarded to the following bidder, and according to the criteria provided in the specifications:
- Any bidder contesting the choice made by the contracting department may lodge an appeal within 10 days of the date of publication of this notice with the university commission, in accordance with the provisions of Article 82 of Presidential Decree No. 15- 247 of September 16, 2015 regulating public procurement and the delegation of public services. If the tenth day coincides with a public holiday or legal rest day, the deadline for lodging an appeal is extended to the next working day.
- In accordance with the provisions of Article 82 of Presidential Decree No. 15-247 of September 16, 2015 regulating public procurement and the delegation of public services, other bidders are invited, where appropriate, to contact the services of the University Mouloud MAMMERI of Tizi-Ouzou no later than three (03) days from the first day of publication of this notice to learn the detailed results of the evaluation of their technical and financial offers.
