The Faculty of Letters and Languages of the University Mouloud MAMMERI of Tizi-Ouzou is launching a consultation concerning "Catering and accommodation services for members of
juries for dissertation defense and guest lecturers", as part of the operating budget for 2023. Chapter 22-11 article 08. The specifications are structured in a single lot as follows: Single lot: "Accommodation and catering services"
All qualified service providers in the field are eligible to bid on this tender, and must obtain the specifications from the secretariat of the Dean of the Faculty of Letters and Languages, located on the 2nd floor of the administrative block of the Faculty of Letters and Languages at HASNAOUA I. This notice of consultation will be published on the UMMTO website
www.ummto.dz and posted publicly.
Tenders must be submitted to the Secretariat of the Dean of the Faculty of Letters and Languages in a single, closed and anonymous envelope
marked "To be opened only by the tender opening and evaluation committee, consultation no. 027 FLL /UMMTO/2023 concerning catering and accommodation services for members of defense juries and visiting lecturers. "
The file must include the following documents:
A/ Application file
- Declaration of application completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Declaration of probity completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Copy of the company's articles of association;
- Bank account number and address;
- Copy of the trade register:
- Copy of tax identification;
- Financial balance sheets for 2021 and 2022, accompanied by TCRs;
B/ Technical offer :
- List of specifications, signed and initialled, handwritten "read and accepted";
- Declaration to be completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Attestations of updating issued by CNAS and attestation of updating CASNOS;
- List of personnel available to the company, and their specializations, sealed, dated
and signed by the bidder.
- Form setting out the establishment's standing parameters, signed and sealed by the bidder (attached
in the appendices to the specifications)
C/ Financial offer
- Completed, signed, dated and sealed bid letter.
- Signed, dated and sealed unit price schedule;
- Signed, dated and sealed estimate and quantity breakdown;

A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids from : 15/027 2023. The deadline for submission of bids is 22 /os. / 2023 at
lohoo, at the Dean's secretariat, 2nd floor of the administrative block of the Faculty of Letters and Languages located in HASNAOUAI.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders wishing to attend on the same day as the tender submission date, 22 /O2 /2O23 at loH 30, at the office of the secretary general of the
Faculté des lettres et langues (HASNAOUA I).
Tenders will be valid for a period equal to the tender preparation period plus three months from the date of the tender opening.
