The Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences ofTizi-Ouzou's Mouloud MAMMERI University launches a call for tenders for "The supply of air tickets", within the framework of overseas training costs and their management, according to its operating budget for the year 2018,   Chapter: 22-19: Overseas training costs and their management.                             Article: 01 : Fees for advanced training courses               Item: 02 : Expenses for short-term high-level scientific stays               Item: 03 : Participation fees for scientific events  The specifications are structured in a single batch: Single lot: "Supply of air passage ticketsThe present consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou: www.ummto.dzAll qualified bidders in the field are eligible to bid for this consultation.Suppliers with the required minimum financial capacity interested in this consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from means and maintenance department  the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences at the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou, against payment of five hundred dinars (500.00DA) to the university's accounting officer (Rectorat 3éme étage) .Tenders must be submitted to means and maintenance department of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences in a single sealed envelope marked "TO BE OPENED ONLY BY THE BID OPENING AND EVALUATION COMMITTEE". and the title of the consultation. The file must include the following documents: 1/ Application form :
  • Declaration of candidacy duly completed, dated, signed and sealed
  • Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed
  • Plant status
  • Documents relating to the power to bind the Company.
  • Any document that can be used to assess the capabilities of the candidates or tenderers, and any subcontractors.
  • Professional skills (qualification certificate).
  • Technical capabilities: human and material resources.
 2/ Technical offer :
  • Declaration to be duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
  • Copy of trade register.
  • Copy of tax identification
  • Bank account number and address
  • Extract from the tax rolls, audited or with schedule and dated less than one month prior to submission date
  • Up-to-date certificates issued by CASNOS and CNAS (originals)
  • A CNAS declaration certifying the number of employees
  • Criminal record less than three months old at the time of submission
  • Certificate justifying the Agency's representation in the city of Tizi-Ouzou
  • Terms and conditions of sale quoted and initialed bearing, on the last page, the words "read and accepted". read and accepted "
 3/ Financial offer :
  • Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed
  • Dated, signed and sealed unit price schedule
  • Detailed estimates and quantities, dated, signed and sealed
  • The present specifications apply to any natural or legal person registered in the commercial register:
  • With an activity code number authorizing the supply of air tickets
  • Has the necessary resources to honor its commitments in accordance with the provisions of the present specifications.
  • With a sales office in Tizi-Ouzou.
  • Can cover all the services specified in the specifications.
*Ten days (10) bidders are given a period of time to prepare and submit their bids to the Service des moyens et de la maintenance of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences from 24/05/2018                                              *The deadline for submission of tenders is 02/06/2018  à 10:30 a.m.*Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders who wish to attend, on the same day as the deadline for submission of tenders, at the following address 11:00 a.m. at the general secretariat of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences (at 2ème floor).
