The University Library of the University Mouloud MAMMERI of Tizi-Ouzou is launching a call for tenders for "Scientific subscriptions: engineering database", as part of the 2021 operating budget. Chapter 21-14, Article 03.

The present consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou: www.ummto.dz
Qualified bidders are invited to obtain the specifications from the Secretariat of the University Library of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou at Hasnaoua II (Bastos).
In accordance with Article 67 of Presidential Decree No. 15-247 of September 16, 2015 regulating public procurement and public service delegations, Bids must include an application file, a technical bid and a financial bid. The application file, the technical offer and a financial offer are inserted in separate, sealed envelopes, indicating the name of the company, the reference and subject of the invitation to tender and the words "application file", "technical offer" or "financial offer", as appropriate. These envelopes are placed in another sealed, anonymous envelope, marked "Not to be opened" and addressed to :

A delay of ten (10) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids at the secretariat of the University Library (2nd floor), Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou, HASNAOUA II (Bastos).

The deadline for submission of bids is 10/06/2021 at 11:00 am.
The bids will be opened on the same day as the submission deadline:
10 /06/ 2021 at 11:30 am at the Salle des Réunions ,6th floor-Rectorat of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou, HASNAOUA 1.
Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
