The Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the University Mouloud MAMMERI of Tizi-Ouzou launches a consultation concerning "ACCOMMODATION AND RESTAURATION SERVICES " within the framework of the operating budget for the year 2023, chapter 22/11 Article 08.

            The specifications are structured in two (02) lots:

  • Lot 01: "RESTAURANT SERVICES".
  • Lot 02: "ACCOMMODATION SERVICES".

            Notice of this consultation will be publicly posted and published on the UMMTO website (www.ummto.dz).

            All qualified bidders in the field are eligible to bid for this consultation.

   The specifications can be obtained from the general secretariat of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering Hasnaoua II (3rd floor - Administrative Block).

            Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope indicating the name of the company, the subject of the invitation to tender and the words: "application file, technical offer or financial offer". These envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope bearing the words: " not to be opened". NOT TO BE OPENED These envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope marked " not to be opened".

            Tenders must be submitted to the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering

            The technical file contains the following items:

A/ Application form :

  • The application form, duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
  • The declaration of probity, duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
  • Company status.
  • Copy of trade register.
  • Copy of tax identification
  • Original excerpt from the tax rolls, audited or with schedule, dated less than one month prior to the date of submission.
  • Up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS (originals)
  • Professional skills (certificate of qualification, accreditation, etc.).
  • Financial capacity (financial resources supported by balance sheets for the last three years, including RCRs, and bank references).
  • Technical capabilities (human and material resources and professional references): ABE for the last three years.
  • Bank account number and address
  • Copy of criminal record less than three months old at the time of submission

B/ Technical offer file :

  • Coté et initié specifications
  • Declaration to be completed, signed, dated and sealed
  • Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.

C/ Financial offer file:

  • Letter of tender duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
  • Unit price schedule signed, dated and sealed
  • Estimated and quantitative details signed, dated and sealed

A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids at the Faculty's headquarters from : February 01, 2023.

The deadline for submission of bids is February 082023 at 10H00 at the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering.                 

  The bids will be opened on the same day as the submission deadline: on February 08, 2023 à 11H00 at the headquarters of the Tizi-Ouzou Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.

The validity period for bids is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the date of bid opening.
