The Faculty of Construction Engineering of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the supply of air tickets for the Faculty of Construction Engineering under the 2024 operating budget, Chapter 22-23 article 08 for lot no. 01 and Chapter 22.11 article 05 for lot n°02.
The specifications are divided into two (02) lots as follows:
Lot n°01: Supply of air tickets for members of the jury for dissertation defense and guest lecturers.
Lot n°02 : Supply of air tickets for foreign students in Algeria.
Suppliers interested in this consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the general secretariat, office B40 of the Faculty of Construction Engineering of the Mouloud MAMMERI University of Tizi-Ouzou, located at HASNAOUA II. The present consultation notice will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dz and posted publicly.
Tenders must be submitted to the general secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering, in a single anonymous sealed envelope marked "To be opened only by the bid opening and evaluation committee, Consultation n°02 /FGC/UMMTO/2024 portant fourniture de titres de transport par voie aérienne pour la faculté du génie de la construction" ("To be opened only by the bid opening and evaluation committee, Consultation n°02 /FGC/UMMTO/2024 portant fourniture de titres de transport par voie aérienne pour la faculté du génie de la construction"). "
The file must include the following documents:
A/ Application file:
A completed, signed, dated and sealed declaration of application;
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- Copy of the electronic trade register,
- Copy of the company's articles of association.
- Copy of the company's approval.
- Copy of tax identification.
- Documents authorizing persons to bind the company.
- Certificate of legal deposit of corporate accounts for commercial companies with legal personality under Algerian law.
- Bank account number and address.
- Proof of commercial representation in Tizi-Ouzou.
- Criminal record valid on the date of submission of the bid by the bidder or the director.
- Extract from the tax roll, discharged or with schedule, valid on the date of submission of the bid by the bidder or the director.
- Tables of TCR profit and loss accounts for the last three years, certified by the tax authorities.
- Certificate of CNAS updating and certificate of CASNOS updating.
- Copies of certificates of satisfactory performance of similar services for the last three years.
B/ Technical offer:
- Specifications duly completed, signed, listed and initialled.
- Declaration to be subscribed duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
C/ Financial offer:
- Tender letter duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- Estimate and quantity estimate duly signed, dated and sealed.
- Unit price schedule signed, dated and sealed.
Tenderers have eight (08) days in which to prepare and submit their bids, starting on 03/01/2024.
The deadline for submission of bids is 10/01/2024 at 10.30 am. Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders wishing to attend, on the same day as the deadline for submission of tenders, 10/01/2024 at 11 a.m. at the office of the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering of the Mouloud MAMMERI University of Tizi-Ouzou.
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three (03) months from the bid opening date.
