The Faculty  Economics, Business and Management Sciences   of the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou launches a consultation process "Stationery, office supplies, within the framework of the 2018. Chapter 22-13: Supplies.Article 01: Stationery, Office SuppliesThe specifications are structured as a single lot: "Stationery, office suppliesThis consultation will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dz and public display.All qualified bidders in the field are eligible to bid for this tender. Specifications can be obtained from  Resources and Maintenance Department  Faculty  of Economic, Commercial and Management Sciences after payment of the sum of 500.00 DA from the University's accounting agency (Rectorat-03èmefloor)Tenders must be submitted to   Service des Moyens et de la Maintenance de la Faculté des Sciences Économiques, Commerciales et des Sciences de Gestion  in a single sealed envelope marked "TO BE OPENED ONLY BY THE BID OPENING AND EVALUATION COMMITTEE". and the title of the consultation.The file must include the following documents:A / application form : 
  • Declaration of candidacy duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the
  • Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the
  • Documents relating to the power to bind the Company.
  • Plant status.
  • Any document that can be used to assess the capabilities of candidates or tenderers.
  • Financial capacity (supported by balance sheets for the last three years).
B/ Technical offer :
  • Declaration to be duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the
  • Copy of trade register.
  • Copy of tax identification
  • Bank account number and address
  • Extract from the tax rolls, audited or with schedule and dated less than one month prior to submission date
  • Criminal record less than three months old at the time of submission
  • The specifications have been listed and initialed, and the last page bears the words "Read and Accepted".

  • Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed
  • Detailed estimates and quantities, dated, signed and sealed

The present specifications apply to any natural or legal person registered in the commercial register:
  • Has the necessary resources to honor its commitments in accordance with the provisions of the present specifications.
