The Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences of the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou has launched a tender for the purchase of diesel fuel, as part of its operating budget for 2024 .
Chapter 22-15: Ancillary expenses;
Article 01: electricity, water, gas and fuels.
The specifications are structured as a single lot: "Acquisition of Diesel Oil".
This consultation will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dz and publicly posted.
All qualified bidders in the field may submit bids for this consultation. The specifications can be obtained from the Service des Moyens et de la Maintenance of the Faculté des Sciences Economiques, Commerciales et des Sciences de Gestion.
Tenders must be submitted to the Service des Moyens et de la Maintenance of the Faculté des Sciences Economiques, Commerciales et des Sciences de Gestion in a single sealed envelope marked "A N'OUVRIR QUE PAR LA COMMISSION D'OUVERTURE DES PLIS ET D' EVALUATION DES OFFRES" and the title of the consultation.
The file must include the following documents:

- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the
- Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the
- Documents relating to the power to bind the Company.
- Plant status.
- Any document that can be used to assess the capabilities of candidates or tenderers.
B/ Technical offer :
- Declaration to be duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the
- Copy of trade register.
- Copy of tax identification
- Bank account number and address
- Extract from the rolls, either audited or with a schedule, dated less than three months before the date of submission.
- The specifications have been listed and initialed, and the last page bears the words "Read and Accepted" .
- NIF, NIS, CASNOS and CNAS updates.
C/ Financial offer
- Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed
- Detailed estimates and quantities, dated, signed and sealed
- Dated, signed and sealed unit price schedule
These specifications apply to any individual or legal entity registered in the commercial register.
- Has the necessary resources to honor its commitments in accordance with the provisions of the present specifications.
A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids to the Service des Moyens et de la Maintenance of the Faculté des Sciences Economiques, Commerciales et des Sciences de Gestion from 18/01/2024.
The deadline for submission of bids is 25/01/2023 at 10h00mn.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders who wish to attend on the same day as the deadline for submission of tenders at 10.30 a.m. at the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences.
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three (03) months from the bid opening date.
