   The Faculty of Construction Engineering at UMMTO is launching a tender for the purchase of maintenance items under the 2023 operating budget, chapter 22-18, article 01.

   The specifications are structured into a single lot, namely:"Acquisition ofcleaning items."

Suppliers interested in this consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the general secretariat, office B40, (2nd floor) of the administrative block of the Faculty of Construction Engineering of the "Mouloud MAMMERI" University of Tizi-Ouzou. This consultation notice will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dz and posted in public.

Bids must be submitted in a closed, anonymous envelope bearing only the words "To be opened only by the bid opening and evaluation committee, consultation No. 04/FGC/UMMTO/2023 for the purchase of maintenance items".

       The file must include the following documents:

  A/ Application form :

  • Declaration of candidacy completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
  • Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed ;
  • Copy of tax identification ;
  • Copy of electronic trade register ;
  • Certificate of direct debit 
  • Criminal record valid on the date of the bidder's or director's submission.
  • Income statement tables (TCR) certified by the tax authorities for the last three years.
  • Copies of certificates of satisfactory performance in the field of the service only for the last three years.
  • Extract from the audited roll or with a schedule dated less than one month before the date of submission.
  • Attestation de dépôt légal des comptes sociaux pour les sociétés commerciales dotées de personnalité morale de droit algérien.

 

B/ Technical offer : 

  • List of specifications;
  • Declaration to be completed, dated, signed and sealed ;
  • Signed and sealed delivery commitment
  • Technical documentation on the items on offer.

C/ Financial offer:

  • Letter of tender duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
  • Unit price schedule duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
  • Quantities and estimates duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.

A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids from: 15/03/2023.

The deadline for submission of bids is set for 22/03/2023 at 10H30mn at office B40, general secretariatof the Faculty of Construction Engineering located at HASNAOUA II.

Bidders may attend the opening of bids, which will take place on the same day as the deadline for submission of bids, i.e. 22/03/2023 at 11 a. m. in office B40, general secretariat located on the2nd floor of the administrative block of the HASNAOUA II Faculty of Construction Engineering.

Tenders are valid for 98 days from 22/03/2023.
