       The Faculty of Construction Engineering at UMMTO is launching a tender for "Maintenance and repair of the roof of the Oued-Aissi technology hall" under the 2024 operating budget, chapter 22-18, article 01.

   The specifications are structured in 01 single lot, namely :

Single lot: Maintenance and repair of the technology hall roof.

 

    Persons interested in the present consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the general secretariat, office B40, (2nd floor) of the administrative block of the Faculty of Construction Engineering of the "Mouloud MAMMERI" University of Tizi-Ouzou. This consultation notice will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dz and posted in public.

Tenders must be submitted in an anonymous sealed envelope bearing only the words

"To be opened only by the bid opening and evaluation committee, consultation N° 04/FGC/UMMTO/2024 concerning Maintenance and repair of the roof of the technology hall located in Oued Aissi for the benefit of the Faculty of Construction Engineering".

The file must include the following documents:

     A/ Application form :

  • Declaration of candidacy completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
  • Copy of electronic trade register ;
  • Copy of tax identification ;
  • Update CACOBATPH
  • Certificate of direct debit ;
  • Extract from the audited rolls or with schedule and dated less than one month before the date of submission;
  • Declaration of probity completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
  • Applicant's or director's (or manager's) criminal record valid on the date of submission;
  • Copies of performance certificates for the last three years, if applicable.
  • Income statement tables (TCR) approved by the tax authorities for the last three years.
  • Declaration of knowledge of the site and all elements relating to the execution of the work, prior verification.
  • Attestation de dépôt légal des comptes sociaux pour les sociétés commerciales dotées de personnalité morale de droit algérien de la dernière année.

       B/ Technical offer : 

  • Specifications signed, marked and initialed ;
  • Declaration to be completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
  • Valid CASNOS and CNAS certificate showing the number of employees declared ;
  • Time and warranty commitments ;
  • List of equipment with supporting documents (invoices, vehicle registration documents, parking tickets .....)
  • List of human resources with supporting documents (CNAS declarations, diplomas, etc.).

 

C/ Financial offer:

- Letter of tender completed, signed, dated and sealed ;

- Signed, dated and sealed unit price lists;

- Quotations and estimates signed, dated and sealed.

A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids from: 24/01/2024.

The deadline for submission of bids is set for 31/01/2024 at 10H30mn at office B40, general secretariatof the Faculty of Construction Engineering located at HASNAOUA II.

Bidders may attend the opening of bids, which will take place on the same day as the deadline for submission of bids, i.e. on 31/01/2024 at 11 a. m. in office B40, general secretariat located on the2nd floor of the administrative block of the HASNAOUA II Faculty of Construction Engineering.

Tenders are valid for 98 days from 24/01/2024.
