The Faculty of Science at Mouloud Mammeri University in Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the acquisition of "Stationery and office suppliesas part of the 2018 operating budget, chapter 22-13, article 01.The specifications are structured in a single lot:            Single lot: " Stationery and office supplies " This notice of consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou, www.ummto.dz.All qualified bidders in the field may submit bids for this consultation and are invited to obtain the specifications from the secretariat of the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Science at the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou.Tenders must be submitted to the secretariat of the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Science in closed envelopes addressed to the Dean of the Faculty of Science, bearing the words "TO BE OPENED ONLY BY THE BID OPENING, EVALUATION AND SELECTION COMMITTEE". and the title of the consultation and must include the following documents:A/ Application form :
  • Declaration of candidacy duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
  • Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
  • Copy of trade register.
  • Copy of tax identification card.
  • Bank account number and address.
  • Original statement of account, either cleared or with schedule, dated less than one month before the date of submission.
  • Up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS (originals).
  • A CNAS declaration certifying the number of employees.
  • Original police record less than three months old at the time of submission.
  • Fiscal 2014, 2015 and 2016 balance sheets approved with TCR.
  • Certificates of satisfactory performance for 2015, 2016 and 2017.
B/ Technical offer:
  • Declaration to be duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
  • Specifications duly completed, dated, sealed and signed, with the last page marked "read and approved".
  • Commitment to delivery times, duly signed and sealed.
C/ Financial offer:
  • Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
  • Unit price schedule dated, signed, marked and sealed by the bidder.
  • Quotations and estimates dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
A delay of eight (08) bidders have a period of time in which to prepare their bids from 22/04/2018. The closing date for bids is 29/04/2018 at 10:00 am.   Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders who wish to attend on the same day as the tender submission date (29/04/2018) à 10h30mn at the Faculty of Science meeting room, 4ème floor.
