The Faculty  Economics, Business and Management Sciences   of the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou launches a consultation process "Stationery, office supplies, within the framework of the 2018. Chapter 22-13: Supplies.Article 08: Stationery, Teaching SuppliesThe specifications are structured as a single lot: Stationery, Teaching SuppliesThis consultation will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dz and public display.All qualified bidders in the field are eligible to bid for this tender. Specifications can be obtained from  Resources and Maintenance Department  Faculty  Economics, Business and Management Sciences.Bids must be submitted to   Service des Moyens et de la Maintenance de la Faculté des Sciences Économiques, Commerciales et des Sciences de Gestion  in a single sealed envelope marked "TO BE OPENED ONLY BY THE BID OPENING AND EVALUATION COMMITTEE". and the title of the consultation.The file must include the following documents:A / application form :  - Declaration of candidacy duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.- Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.- Documents relating to the power to bind the company.- Establishment status.- Any document enabling us to assess the capabilities of candidates or tenderers.- Financial capacity (supported by balance sheets for the last three years.B/ Technical offer :- Declaration to be completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.- Copy of trade register.- Copy of tax identification- Bank account number and address- Extract from the tax rolls, discharged or with schedule and dated less than one month before the date of submission- Criminal record less than three months old at date of submission- The signed and initialed specifications, marked on the last page as follows "Read and accepted                                                                                                                   C/ Financial offer - Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed- Detailed estimate and quantity, dated, signed and sealed- Unit price schedule, dated, signed and sealedThe present specifications apply to any individual or legal entity registered in the commercial register:- Has the necessary means to honor its commitments in accordance with the provisions of these specifications.Tenderers have ten (10) days in which to prepare and submit their bids to the following address Service des Moyens et de la Maintenance de la Faculté des Sciences Économiques, Commerciales et des Sciences de Gestion from 13/05/2018The deadline for submission of bids is 22/05/2018 à 10h30mn.Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders wishing to attend on the same day as the deadline for submission of tenders at 10.30 a.m. at the following address corporate secretariat of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences.The period of validity of the offers is equal to the period of preparation of the offers increased by three (03) months from the date of opening of the bids.
