The Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou is launching a call for tenders for the following projects "Acquisition de papeterie et fourniture de bureau", as part of the operating budget 2021, chapitre 22-13, article 01.
The specifications are structured in a single (01) lot:

La présente consultation fera l’objet d’un affichage public et d’une publication sur le site web de l’Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou www.ummto.dz
Qualified bidders are invited to obtain the specifications from the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Université Mouloud MAMMERI in Tizi-Ouzou.
Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and the subject of the consultation as well as the mention "technical" or "financial", as the case may be. The two envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked "DO NOT OPEN" and addressed to:

Un délai de Huit (08) Jours est accordé aux soumissionnaires pour préparer et déposer leurs offres au niveau du siège de la faculté à compter du : 03/05/ 2021.
Le dépôt des offres est fixé à la date du : 10/05/2021, à 10H00 au secrétariat général de la faculté de Génie Électrique et Informatique.
The bids will be opened on the same day as the submission deadline: on 10/05/2021 à 10H30 at the headquarters of the Tizi-Ouzou Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
The validity period for bids is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the date of bid opening.
