La faculté des sciences de l’université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou lance une consultation portant sur la réalisation de «Travaux d’électricité et réseaux, Travaux de réparation de laboratoire, Travaux de ferronnerie, confection de rideaux et acquisition de produits d’entretien courant» dans le cadre du budget de fonctionnement de l’année 2023 chapitre 22-18article 01.
The specifications are structured in two lots:
Lot 01 : « Travaux d’électricité et Réseaux »
Lot 02 : « Travaux de réparation de laboratoire »
Lot 03 : « Travaux de ferronnerie »
Lot 04 : « confection de rideaux »
Lot 05 : « Acquisition de produits d’entretien courant »

Tous les soumissionnaires qualifiés dans le domaine peuvent soumissionner pour cette consultation et sont invités à retirer le cahier des charges auprès du secrétariat de décanat de la faculté des sciences.
Tenders must be submitted to the secretariat of the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Science in closed envelopes addressed to the Dean of the Faculty of Science, marked "N'OUVRIR QUE PAR LA COMMISSION D'OUVERTURE DES PLIS ET D'EVALUATION ET CHOIX DES OFFRES" and the title of the consultation and must include the following documents:
A/ Application form :
- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Copy of electronic trade register.
- Copy of tax identification card.
- Bank account number and address.
- Excerpt from the audited accounts or with a schedule dated less than one month before the date of submission.
- Up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS.
- Original police record less than three months old at the time of submission.
- Bilans fiscaux 2020, 2021et 2022 approuvés avec TCR.
- Certificates of completion for 2020, 2021, 2022.
B/ Technical offer:
- Declaration to be duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Specifications duly completed, dated, sealed and signed, with the last page marked "read and approved".
- Délais de réalisation – Délai de livraison – Garantie des travaux.
C/ Financial offer:
- Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Unit price schedule dated, signed, marked and sealed by the bidder.
- Quotations and estimates dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
Un délai de sept (07) jours est accordé aux soumissionnaires pour préparer leurs offres à compter du 23/05/2023.
La date de dépôt des offres est fixée au 29/05/2023 à 10h00.
L’ouverture des plis se fera, en présence des soumissionnaires qui le désirent le jour même de la date de dépôt des offres (29/05/2023) à 11h00 à la salle de réunions de la faculté des sciences, 4ème étage.
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three 03 months from the bid opening date.
