The Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the "Acquisition of supplies and consumables for research laboratories " , as part of its operating budget for 2023.

Chapter 22-31: operating expenses relating to scientific research and technological development

 Article 02: Supplies

The specifications are structured in three lots:

Batch No. 01: chemical products.

Batch No. 02: consumables (glassware and small equipment).

Lot No. 03: office supplies and consumables        

All qualified service providers in the field are eligible to bid on this tender, and should obtain the specifications from the General Secretariat of the Faculty ofBiological and Agricultural Sciences . This consultation notice will be published on the UMMTO website www.ummto.dz and publicly posted.        

Tenders must be submitted to the general secretariat of the Faculty of Biological and AgriculturalSciences in a single closed anonymous envelope marked "A NE PAS OUVRIR que par la commission d'ouverture des plis et d'évaluation des offres consultation N°07/FSBSA/UMMTO/2023 portant "Acquisition de fourniture et consommable au profit des laboratoires de recherches " and the title of the consultation.

The file must include the following documents:

 

  • Application form 
  • Copy of tax identification ;
  • Copy of statistical identification ;
  • Copy of trade register ;
  • Copy of audited or scheduled statement of account dated less than one month before the date of submission;
  • Criminal record less than three months old at the date of submission;
  • Up-to-date certificates issued by CASNOS and CNAS (originals) ;
  • Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
  • Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
  • Copy of the establishment's status (justifying the number of beds and capacity) ;
  • Financial statements for the last three years, accompanied by profit and loss statements (TCR) ;

 

  • Technical offer file :
  • Declaration to be completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
  • Bank account number and address ;
  • Certificates of satisfactory performance for the last three years;
  • List of specifications;

 

  1. C/ Financial offer
  • Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed
  • Detailed estimates and quantities, dated, signed and sealed
  • Dated, signed and sealed unit price schedule 

Eight (08) days are allowed for bidders to prepare and submit their bids from 10/07/2023 at the Secretariat General of the Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences located at HASNAOUA II.

The deadline for submission of bids is set for 17/07/2023 at 10:00 am.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders who wish to attend, on the same day as the deadline for submission of tenders, 17/07/2023 at 10:30 a.m., at the office of the General Secretariat of the Faculty (HASNAOUA II).

The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three (03) months from the bid opening date.
