All qualified bidders in the field may submit bids for this consultation. The specifications can be obtained from the sub-directorate of resources and maintenance of the University Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi Ouzou (rectorate) .
Bids must include the application file, a technical bid and a financial bid. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, bearing the reference and subject of the consultation and the words "dossier de candidature",
The envelopes are marked "Technical offer" or "Financial offer", as appropriate. The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked: "To be opened only by the bid evaluation and selection committee" and addressed to :

Un délai de 08 jours est accordé aux soumissionnaires pour préparer et déposer leurs offres au niveau de la sous-direction des moyens et de la maintenance de l’université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi Ouzou (rectorat), à compter du 22/04/2024.
Le dépôt des offres est fixé à la date du 29/04/2024 à 10H00 au niveau de la sous-direction des moyens et de la maintenance de l’université Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi Ouzou (rectorat).
L’ouverture des plis aura lieu le même jour de la date limite de dépôt le 29/04/2024 à 10H30 au niveau de la sous-direction des moyens et de la maintenance de l’université Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi Ouzou (rectorat).
Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the bid opening date.
