The Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the "Acquisition of materials and supplies for post-graduate training ", as part of its operating budget for 2023 .

Article 04: Equipment and supplies for postgraduate training
The specifications are structured in two (02) lots:
Lot n°01: computer equipment and consumables
Lot n°02: small equipment and chemical products
All qualified service providers in the field are eligible to bid for this tender, and should obtain the specifications from the general secretariat of the Faculty ofBiological and Agricultural Sciences.
This notice of consultation will be published on the UMMTO website www.ummto.dz and posted publicly.
Tenders must be submitted to the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Biological and Agricultural Sciences undera single closed and anonymous cover marked "A NE PAS OUVRIR que par la commission d'ouverture des plis et d'évaluation des offres - Consultation N°08/FSBSA/UMMTO/2023 portant "Acquisition Matériels et fourniture au profit de la formation post graduée " and the title of the consultation.
The file must include the following documents:
- Application form
- Copy of tax identification ;
- Copy of statistical identification ;
- Copy of electronic trade register
- Copy of audited or scheduled statement of account dated less than one month before the date of submission;
- Criminal record less than three months old at the date of submission;
- Up-to-date certificates issued by CASNOS and CNAS (originals) ;
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Copy of establishment status ;
- Financial statements for the last three years, accompanied by profit and loss statements (TCR).

Tenderers have eight (08) days from 05/10/2023 to prepare and submit their bids at the Secretariat General of the Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences at HASNAOUA II.
The deadline for submission of bids is 10:00 am on 12/10/2023.
Tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend, on the same day as the deadline for submission of tenders, 12/10/2023 at 10:30 a.m., at the office of the General Secretariat of the Faculty (HASNAOUA II).
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three (03) months from the bid opening date.
