The Faculté des Sciences Economiques, Commerciales et des Sciences de Gestion of the Université " Mouloud MAMMERI " de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the "Acquisition du Matériel et fourniture au profit de la formation post-graduée, acquisition du Matériel" within the framework of the 2023 operating budget.

 chapter 22-23, article 04 and chapter 22-21, article 01.

     *The specifications are structured in two (02) lots:

Lot 01: acquisition of equipment and supplies for post-graduate training courses

Lot 02: acquisition of computer hardware.

               Interested bidders are invited to obtain the specifications from the Service des Moyens et de la Maintenance of the Faculté des Sciences Economiques, Commerciales et des Sciences de Gestion of the Université " Mouloud MAMMERI " de Tizi-Ouzou.

        Bidders may bid for one or three lots. 

              Tenders must be submitted to the Service des Moyens et de la Maintenance, of the Faculté des Sciences Economiques, Commerciales et des Sciences de Gestion of the Université "Mouloud MAMMERI" in a sealed envelope marked " To be opened only by the tender opening and evaluation committee " and the title of the consultation.

A/ Application form :

- Declaration of candidacy, duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- Declaration of probity, duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- For companies, a copy of the articles of association
- Copy of the trade register showing the activity in line with the services requested
- Documents relating to the powers empowering persons to bind the company.
- Any document enabling the capacities of candidates and bidders to be assessed.
- Any document enabling the evaluation of the capacities of candidates and tenderers: Bank number and address
- Tax balance sheets for the last three years approved by the tax authorities
- Certificate of filing of company accounts issued by the National Trade Register CNRC
- Extract from the audited accounts or schedule dated less than 03 months
- Professional references (copy of certificates of good performance for the last three years signed by the contracting authority of public establishments.

 

B/ Technical offer file :

- Declaration to be duly completed, dated, signed and sealed
- Copy of trade register
- Copy of tax identification
- Bank account number and address
- Update CNAS, CASNOS
- Delivery times (written commitment)
- Guarantee times (written commitment).
- Technical data sheets and/or photos of proposed equipment
- Specifications to be completed, signed and initialled, with handwritten acknowledgement (read and accepted) on last page.

      C/ Financial offer file:

 Letter of tender duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
Unit price schedule signed, dated and sealed
Estimated and quantitative details signed, dated and sealed

        A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids to the Service des moyens et maintenance located on the top floor of the Département des sciences des économiques from 14/09/2023.

       The deadline for submission of bids is set for 21/09/2023 at 10:00 am.

        Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders wishing to attend on the same day as the deadline for submission of tenders, at 10.30 a.m. at the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences of the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou.

               The period of validity of bidders' offers is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the date of bid opening.
