The Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a consultation concerning "cleaning costs for teaching and administrative areas of the Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences", as part of its operating budget for 2024.
Chapter 22-18 Article 03.
The specifications are structured in a single lot: cleaning costs for teaching and administrative areas of the Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences.
Suppliers interested in the present consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences. The present consultation notice will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dzet. Tenders must be submitted in a single closed and anonymous envelope bearing only the words "To be opened only by the tender opening and evaluation committee, Consultation n°09 /FSBSA/UMMTO/20232
concerning: "cleaning costs for teaching and administrative areas of the Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences"
The file must include the following documents:
A- Application file
Copy of tax identification;
Copy of statistical identification;
Copy of electronic trade register;
Copy of excerpt from audited accounts or with schedule and dated less than one month before the date of submission;
Attestations of up to date information issued by CASNOS and CNAS;
Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
Copy of the establishment's status
Financial balance sheets for the last three years accompanied by income statement tables (TCR);
List of human and material resources and professional references.

Declaration to be subscribed duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
Bank account number and address;
Specifications quoted and initialed;

Estimated and quantified detail dated, signed and sealed
Unit price schedule dated, signed and sealed
A deadline of Eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their offers from 03/12/2023.
The deadline for submission of bids is 10/12/2023 at 10h00mn at the general secretariat of the Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences, located at HASNAOUA II.
Bidders may attend the opening of bids, which will take place on the same day as the deadline for submission of bids, 10/12/2023 at 10:30 a.m. at the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Biological Sciences and Agronomic Sciences, HASNAOUA II.
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the bid opening date.
