The Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a consultation for the "Cleaning of teaching and administrative areas", for the benefit of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou, as part of the 2024 operating budget.

The specifications are structured as follows:
 Single lot: "Cleaning of teaching and administrative areas"
All qualified bidders in the field are invited to submit their bids and to obtain the specifications from the "Service des moyens et de la maintenance de la faculté des sciences économiques, commerciales et des sciences de gestion" de l'université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-
Ouzou (Bureau n °05 au 02 ème étage)
La présente consultation fera l'objet d'un affichage public et d'une publication sur le site Web de l'Université " Mouloud MAMMERI " de Tizi-Ouzou : www.ummto.dz and consultation letters
Tenders must include a technical offer, a financial offer and an application file.
Each offer is inserted in a closed, sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation and the words "technical", "financial" or "application", as appropriate. The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked:
"A N'OUVRIR QUE PAR LA COMMISSION D'OUVERTURE DES PLIS ET D'EVALUATION DES OFFRES" the title of the consultation:

The documents required for the technical and financial offers and the application file are:
A/ Application file:
 Declaration of application duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
 Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
 Copy of articles of association for companies .
 Copy of electronic trade register .

 Copy of agreement with the CET
 Copy of tax identification.
 Number and address of bank account.
 Copy of excerpt of tax assessment, audited or with schedule and dated less than one month before the date of submission.
 Attestation de mise à jour délivrée par la CASNOS et CNAS
 Attestation de dépôt légal des comptes sociaux pour les sociétés commerciales dotées de personnalité morale de droit algérien
 Tout document permettant d'évaluer les capacités des candidats, des soumissionnaires
- Capacité technique : moyens humains, moyens matériels
B/ Offre technique :
 Déclaration à souscrire et déclaration de probité qui doivent être dument renseignées, datées, signées, et cachetés par le soumissionnaire.
 Specifications duly completed, dated, quoted and initialed, read and approved.
C/ Financial offer:
 Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
 Duly dated, signed and sealed unit price schedule.
 Duly dated, signed and sealed quantitative and estimative breakdown.
Bidders are given eight (10 ) days to prepare and submit their bids to the resources and maintenance department of the Faculty of Economics, Business and Management Sciences, starting on 11/12/2023.
The deadline for submission of bids is set for 20/12/2023 at 10:00 a.m.
If this date coincides with a public holiday or a legal day of rest (Friday or Saturday), the bid preparation period will be extended to the next working day.
Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 a.m. at the General Secretariat of the Faculty (Office n°2).
Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
