N° 12bis /SDMM/SG/RECTORAT /UMMTO/2018 The University  Mouloud MAMMERI  Tizi-Ouzou Relaunches a consultation " Acquisition of computer equipment and supplies (consumables)"for the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzouwithin the operating budget 2018 Allocation : chapter 21-21, article 01 It is structured in a single (01) lot as follows: Lot n°1: - computer equipment (Relaunch) Interested bidders may bid for one or more lots. Tenderers specialised in the field and interested in this consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from "General Secretariat from Mouloud Mammeri University, Tizi- Ouzou    (6th floor). Tenders must include a technical offer, a financial offer and an application file. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and subject of the consultation as well as the words "technical", "financial" or "application", as appropriate. The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked : "DO NOT OPEN and addressed to :                                                                                                                    Rector of Mouloud Mammeri University  Consultation N°12BIS / UMMTO/Rectorat/2018Acquisition of computer equipment and supplies (consumables)" for the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou". The documents required for the technical, financial and application offers are : A/ Application file:                
  • Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
  • Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
  • Copy of company bylaws.
  • Any document enabling the capacities of candidates, tenderers or, where applicable, subcontractors to be assessed:
a- Professional skills: qualification and classification certificate, approval and quality certificate.b- Financial capacity: financial resources supported by balance sheets and bank references.c- Technical capacity: human and material resources and professional references.B/ Technical offer :
  • Declaration to be completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
  • Copy of trade register.
  • Copy of tax identification.
  • Bank account number and address.
  • Copy of the audited or scheduled tax assessment dated within one month of the submission date.
  • Up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS
  • copy of criminal record less than three months old at the time of submission.
  • Certificate of legal deposit of corporate accounts for commercial companies incorporated under Algerian law
  • Specifications completed, dated, signed and initialled, read and approved.
C/ Financial offer:      
  • Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed.
  • Unit price schedule duly dated, signed and sealed.
  • A duly dated, signed and sealed breakdown of quantities and estimates.
A delay of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids at the general secretariat from 16/07/2018 The deadline for submission of bids is   23/07/18 à 10h30mn. If this date coincides with a public holiday or legal day of rest (Friday or Saturday), the bid preparation period will be extended to the next working day. Bids will be opened on the same day as the deadline at  11h00mn  at  6th floor Rectorate of Mouloud MAMMERI University Tizi-Ouzou.Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
