The Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a consultation on the " Acquisition oflaboratory supplies for the FNR of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering as part of the operating budget for 2023":

Chapter 21-31: Management expenses linked to scientific research and technological development

Article 02: Supply

The specifications are structured in four (04) lots:

    Lot 01: reprographic consumables and supplies

    Lot 02: Computer supplies

    Batch 03: chemicals

    Batch 04: electronic components

This notice of consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou, www.ummto.dz.

All qualified bidders in the field can bid for this tender and are invited to obtain the specifications from the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Bids must be submitted to the General Secretariat in a sealed envelope addressed to the Dean of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering, marked "TO BE OPENED ONLY BY THE BID OPENING AND EVALUATION COMMITTEE".

The title of the consultation must include the following items:

A/ Application form :

  • Declaration of candidacy duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
  • Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
  • Copy of electronic trade register .
  • Copy of tax identification card.
  • Bank account number and address.
  • Excerpt from the audited accounts or with a schedule dated less than one month before the date of submission.
  • Up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS (originals).
  • Original police record less than three months old at the time of submission.
  • Documents authorizing persons to bind the company.
  • Tax reports for 2020, 2021, 2022 approved with TCR.
  • Certificates of completion for 2020, 2021, 2022.

B/ Technical offer :

  • Declaration to be duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
  • Specifications duly completed, dated, sealed and signed, with the last page marked "read and approved".
  • Commitment to delivery times.

C/ Financial offer :

  • Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
  • Unit price schedule dated, signed, marked and sealed by the bidder.
  • Quotations and estimates dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
  • Tenderers have a period of eight (08 ) days to prepare their bids from 11/09/2023 to 18/09/2023.
  • The deadline for submission of bids is 10:00 am on 18/09/2023.
  • Tenders will be opened in the presence of those bidders who wish to attend on the same day as the tender submission date(18/09/2023) at 11: 00 a.m. at the General Secretariat of the Faculty,3rd floor.
  • The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus ten days from the date of bid opening.
