The Faculty of Law and Political Science of the "MOULOUD MAMMERI" University of Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the acquisition of office equipment and furniture, within the framework of the 2022 operating budget. The specifications are structured in single lots:
Single lot: acquisition of office equipment and furniture
The call for tenders will be posted publicly and put online on the
website of the University Mouloud MAMMERI of Tizi-Ouzou (www.ummto.dz)
Interested bidders qualified in the field are invited to withdraw
the specifications from the resources and maintenance department of the Faculty of Law
and Political Science of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou.
Bids must include an application file, a technical bid,
and a financial bid. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope,
indicating the reference and the subject of the consultation as well as the mention "candidature"
"technique" and "financière" or, as the case may be. The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope
, marked: "A NE PAS OUVRIR QUE PAR
LA COMMISSION D'OUVERTURE DES PLIS ET D'ÉVALUATION DES
OFFRES" addressed to :

For the acquisition of materials and supplies for postgraduate training
The file must include :

A/ Application file
✓ Declaration of candidacy duly filled in, signed, dated and sealed
✓ Declaration of probity duly filled in, signed, dated and sealed
✓ Documents relating to the powers empowering persons to bind the company

✓ Any document enabling the capacities of candidates,
tenderers or, where applicable, subcontractors to be assessed: (balance sheets for the last three
years, extract from the roll, certificates of satisfactory performance,....)

B/ Technical offer
✓ Specifications filled in, dated, quoted and initialed with mention read and accept
✓ Declaration to be subscribed duly filled in, dated, signed, and sealed by the
bidder
✓ Electronic trade register
✓ Copy of tax identification
✓ Bank account number and address
✓ Delivery times (written commitment)
✓ Equipment warranty (written commitment)

C/Financial offer
✓ Tender letter duly completed, dated, signed and sealed
✓ Unit price schedule duly dated, signed and sealed
✓ Quantitive and estimative detail duly dated, signed and sealed
A period of eight (08) days from 13/09/2022 is granted to
bidders to prepare and submit their bids.
The submission of bids is set for the date of. 20/09/2022 at 10:00 am at the
resources and maintenance department of the Faculty of Law and Political Science.

Bids will be opened at 10:30 a.m. on the same day at the headquarters of the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the Université Mouloud MAMMERI in Tizi-Ouzou.
Bidders may attend the opening session

The validity period for bids is equal to the preparation period for bids
plus three months from the date of bid opening.
