The Faculty of Construction Engineering at the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi-Ouzou has launched a call for tenders for"Accommodation and catering services for members of dissertation defense juries and guest lecturers", under the operating budget for the year 2023, Chapter 22-11, Article 08. The specifications are structured in a single lot, namely: "Accommodation and catering services" .
All qualified service providers in the field can bid for this consultation, and must obtain the specifications from the general secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering, office B40, located at HASNAOUA II. This notice of consultation will be published on the UMMTO website www.ummto.dz and displayed in public.
Tenders must be submitted to the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering in a single, closed, anonymous envelope marked "To be opened only by the tender opening and evaluation committee, consultation no. 01/FGC/UMMTO/2023 concerning accommodation and catering services for members of defense juries and guest lecturers".
The file must include the following documents:
A/ Application form
- A completed, signed, dated and sealed declaration of candidacy;
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- Copy of electronic trade register
- Copy of company bylaws.
- Copy of company approval.
- Copy of tax identification.
- Power of attorney documents.
- Attestation de dépôt légal des comptes sociaux pour les sociétés commerciales dotées de personnalité morale de droit algérien.
- Bank account number and address.
- Excerpt from a tax roll or schedule valid on the date of the bid by the bidder or the director.
- Tables of TCR income statements for the last three years, certified by the tax authorities.
- Copies of evidence of satisfactory performance of similar services over the past three years.
- Valid CASNOS update certificate.
B/ Technical offer:
- List of specifications;
- Declaration to be completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
- Up-to-date certificates issued by CNAS ;
- List of company personnel and their specializations, sealed, dated and signed by the bidder.
- Sealed and signed capacity form.
C/ Financial offer
- Letter of tender completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- Unit price schedule signed, dated and sealed ;
- Quotation and estimate signed, dated and sealed ;
A period of eight(08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids from: 02/01/2023. The deadline for submission of bids is 09 /01/2023 at 10:30 a.m., at the General Secretariat, office B40, 2nd floor of the Faculty of Construction Engineering located at HASNAOUA II. Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders wishing to attend on the same day as the deadline for submission of tenders, 09/01/2023 at 11:00 a.m., at the office of the General Secretariat of the Faculty (HASNAOUA II).
The validity period for bids is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the date of bid opening.
