The Faculty of Construction Engineering of the Mouloud MAMMERI University of Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for "Accommodation and catering services for members of dissertation defense juries and guest lecturers", under the 2024 operating budget, Chapter 22-11 article 08. The specifications are structured as a single lot, namely: "Accommodation and catering services".
All qualified service providers in the field are eligible to bid on this tender, and must obtain the specifications from the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering, Office B40, HASNAOUA II. This consultation notice will be published on the UMMTO website www.ummto.dz and posted in public.
Tenders must be submitted to the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Construction Engineering in a single closed and anonymous envelope marked "To be opened only by the bid opening and evaluation committee,
consultation n° 01/FGC/UMMTO/2024 portant prestation d'hébergement et de restauration des membres de jurys de soutenances et des enseignants invités. "

Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
Copy of e-commerce register,
Copy of company articles of association.
Copy of company approval.
Copy of tax identification.
Documents authorizing persons to bind the company.
Certificate of legal deposit of corporate accounts for commercial companies with legal personality under Algerian law.
Bank account number and address.

Tables des comptes de résultats TCR des trois dernières années, visés par l'administration fiscale.
Copies of attestations of good performance of similar services over the last three years.

C/ Financial offer
- Letter of tender completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- Schedule of unit prices signed, dated and sealed;
- Estimate and quantity signed, dated and sealed;
A period of EIGHT (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their offers from: 03/01/2024. The deadline for submission of bids is 10/01/2024 at 10:30 a.m., at the General Secretariat, office
B40, 2nd floor of the Faculty of Construction Engineering located at HASNAOUA II. Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders wishing to attend on the same day as the deadline for submission of tenders, 10/01/2024 at 11:00 a.m., in the office
of the General Secretariat of the Faculty (HASNAOUA II).
The period of validity of tenders is equal to the period of preparation of tenders plus three months from the date of the opening of tenders.
