The Faculty of Letters and Languages of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a call for tenders for "Catering and accommodation services for members of dissertation defense juries and guest lecturers", within the framework of the 2022 operating budget, Chapter 22-11 article 06.

The specifications are structured in two lots:

Lot n°01: "Accommodation and catering services"
Lot n°02: "Catering services".

All qualified service providers in the field may bid for one or two lots of this consultation and must obtain the specifications from the secretariat of the Dean of the Faculty of Letters and Languages, located on the 2nd floor of the administrative block of the Faculty of Letters and Languages at HASNAOUA I. This consultation notice will be published on the UMMTO website www.ummto.dz and posted in public.

Tenders must be submitted to the Secretariat of the Dean of the Faculty of Letters and Languages in a single closed and anonymous envelope marked "To be opened only by the tender opening and evaluation committee, consultation no. 01/UMMTO/FLL/2022 concerning catering and accommodation services for members of defense juries and guest lecturers".

The file must include the following documents:

A/ Application file
- Declaration of candidacy, completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Declaration of probity, completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Copy of company articles of association;
- Bank account number and address;
- Copy of trade register:
- Copy of tax identification;
- Financial statements for the last three financial years, accompanied by RCRs;

B/ Technical offer:
- Specifications, signed and initialled, handwritten "read and accepted";
- Declaration to be signed, signed, dated and sealed;
- CNAS and CASNOS updating certificates;
- List of company personnel and their specializations, sealed, dated and signed by the bidder.
- Form setting out the establishment's standing parameters, signed and sealed by the bidder (included in the appendices to the specifications). 

C/ Financial offer:
- Letter of tender completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- Schedule of unit prices signed, dated and sealed;
- Detailed estimates and quantities signed, dated and sealed;

A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids from : 30/01/ 2022. The deadline for submission of bids is 06/02/2022 at 10:00 a.m., at the Dean's office, 2nd floor of the administrative block of the Faculty of Letters and Languages in HASNAOUAI.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders who wish to attend on the same day as the tender submission date, 06 /02 /2022 at 10:30 a.m., in the office of the vice-dean in charge of studies and pedagogical issues at the Faculty of Letters and Languages (HASNAOUA I).

The validity period for bids is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the date of bid opening.
