The Faculty of Letters and Languages of the University Mouloud MAMMERI of Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the "Supply of air tickets for foreign students in Algeria"
within the framework of the 2023 operating budget, chapters 22-11 article 05. The specifications are structured in a single lot, namely: "Supply of air tickets for foreign students in Algeria".
Suppliers interested in the present consultation are invited to obtain the specifications
from the secretariat of the Dean of the Faculty of Letters and Languages of the University Mouloud MAMMERI of Tizi-Ouzou, HASNAOUA I. The present consultation notice will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dz and posted publicly.
Tenders must be submitted to the secretariat of the Dean of the Faculty in a closed, anonymous envelope marked "To be opened only by the bid opening and evaluation committee, Consultation n°01/FLL/UMMTO/2023 concerning the supply of air transport tickets for foreign students in Algeria."
The tender file must include the following documents:
A/ Application file:
- Declaration of application duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Copy of the company's articles of association;
- Copy of approval;
- Copy of tax identification;
- Copies of certificates of satisfactory performance of similar services in 2020, 2021. if applicable
- Bank account number and address;
- Proof of commercial representation in Tizi-Ouzou;
- Financial statements for the years 2020 and 2021 approved by the tax authorities and accompanied by TCRs;
B/ Technical offer :
- Coté et initié cahier des charges portant la mention écrite " lu et approuvé ";
- Déclaration à souscrire dûment renseigné, signée, datée et cachetée;
- Attestation de mise à jour CNAS attestant le nombre des employés déclarés et attestation de mise à jour
CASNOS;
- Copie du registre de commerce;
CI Offre financière.
- Letter of tender duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Schedule of unit prices signed, dated and sealed;
- Estimated and quantitative quotation signed, dated and sealed;
A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare their bids from 15/02/2023. The deadline for submission of bids is set for 22/02/2023 at 10:30 a.m.
Bids will be opened in the presence of any bidders wishing to attend, on the same day as the deadline for submission of bids, 22/02/2023 at 10:30 a.m., at the office of the Secretary General of the Faculty of Letters and Languages of the Mouloud MAMMERI University of Tizi-ouzou.
Bids are valid for the same period as their preparation.
