The Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou is launching a call for tenders for "Student transport for scientific activities" as part of its operating budget for 2024.
Chapter 21-32: Scientific Club expenses Article 03: Travel expenses
The specifications are structured in a single lot: "Student transport for scientific activities".
All qualified service providers in the field are eligible to tender for this consultation, and must obtain the specifications from the Sous Direction des Activités Scientifiques, Culturelles et Sportives of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou.
This consultation notice will be published on the UMMTO website www.ummto.dz and posted in public.
Tenders must be submitted to the Sous Direction des Activités Scientifiques Culturelles et Sportives of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou in a single sealed anonymous envelope marked "A NE PAS OUVRIR que par la commission d'ouverture des plis et d'évaluation des offres - Consultation N°01/SDASCS/UMMTO/2024 portant " Transport des étudiants dans le cadre des activités scientifiques".
The file must include the following documents:
A- Application file
- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Copy of the establishment's status
- Copy of the trade register;
- Copy of excerpt from the audited roll or with schedule, dated less than one month before the date of submission;
- Copy of the establishment's status
- List of equipment (number of buses).
B-Technical offer file
- Declaration to be duly completed, signed, dated and sealed by the bidder
- Copy of tax identification number (NIF);
- Copy of statistical identification number (NIS);
- Up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS (originals);
- Bank account number and address;
- Coté et paraphé Cahier des charges, bearing on the last page the words "lu et Accepté"
- Authorization to operate the route issued by the wilaya transport department.
C-Financial offer file
- Letter of tender duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
- Detailed estimates and quantities signed, dated and sealed;
- Schedule of unit prices signed, dated and sealed;
A period of eight(08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids from 28/12/2023Au niveau de la Sous Direction des Activités scientifiques, Culturelles et sportives de l'Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou, rez-de-chaussée à coté de Département des Sciences Commerciales, HASNAOUA I.
The deadline for submission of bids is 04/01/2024 at 10:00 am.
Bidders are requested to attend the opening of bids scheduled for the same date on the 6th floor of the HASNAOUA I rectoral tower at 10:30 a.m.
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three (03) months from the bid opening date.
