The University Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou is launching a consultation on "Accommodation and catering services", as part of the costs of organizing scientific events at the University Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi-Ouzou. As part of its 2024 operating budget.

The specifications are divided into two lots
Lot 01: Accommodation and catering (evening meals).
Lot 02: Catering (lunch to be served on contractor's premises).
This consultation will be publicly posted and published on the Université Mouloud Mammeri Tizi-Ouzou website www.ummto.dz
All qualified bidders in the field may submit bids for this consultation. The specifications can be obtained from the sub-directorate of resources and maintenance of the University Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi Ouzou (rectorate) .
Bids must include the application file, a technical bid and a financial bid. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, bearing the reference and subject of the consultation and the words "dossier de candidature",
The envelopes are marked "Technical offer" or "Financial offer", as appropriate. The three envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked: "To be opened only by the bid evaluation and selection committee" and addressed to :

- Declaration of probity
- Plant status
- Copy of trade register.
- Copy of tax identification
- Bank account number and address
- A copy of the audited or scheduled extract from the rolls, dated less than one month before the date of submission.
- Copies of CASNOS and CNAS updating certificates
- Copy of CNAS declaration certifying number of employees
- Copy of criminal record less than three months old at the time of submission
- Proof of representation in the city of Tizi-Ouzou
- Documents relating to the power to bind the Company.
- Any document that can be used to assess the capabilities of the candidates or tenderers, and any subcontractors.
- Professional skills (qualification certificate).
- Financial capacity (supported by balance sheets for the last three years).
- Technical capabilities: human resources, equipment and professional references.
- Certificates of deposit of corporate accounts authenticated by the CNR (for legal entities)
- Technical offer :
- Declaration to be completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- The specifications have been listed and initialed, and the last page bears the words " read and accepted".

Tenderers have eight (08) days in which to prepare and submit their bids to the Sub-Directorate of Resources and Maintenance at the Mouloud MAMMERI University in Tizi Ouzou (Rectorate), starting on 18/01/2024.
Tenders must be submitted by 10:00 am on 25/01/2024 to the sub-direction of resources and maintenance at the Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi Ouzou University (rectorate).
The bids will be opened on the same day as the submission deadline, 25/01/2024 at 10:30 am at the sub-direction of resources and maintenance of the University Mouloud MAMMERI Tizi Ouzou (rectorate).
Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the bid opening date.
