The University Mouloud MAMMERI - Tizi-Ouzou is launching a tender for the "Acquisition of teaching laboratory equipment for the Faculty of Science at the University Mouloud Mammeri - Tizi-Ouzou".

Candidates interested in this invitation to tender may obtain the specifications (digital format) from the Vice Rectorate of Development, Prospective and Orientation located on the 5th floor of the HASNAOUA I Rectoral Tower in Tizi-Ouzou. Tel/Fax: 026 11 29 47.

Tenders, accompanied by the required documents, must be submitted in a sealed, anonymous envelope in the form of three separate files:

I. The application file contains:
1. The declaration of candidacy (completed, dated, signed and sealed);
2. Declaration of probity (completed, dated, signed and sealed);
3. Articles of association for companies;
4. Documents authorizing persons to bind the company;
5. Financial capacity: balance sheets for the last three(03) financial years approved by the tax authorities, and bank references.
6. Copy of current and updated trade register.

II. A technical offer: containing:
1. A declaration to be subscribed (completed, signed and sealed);
2. Description of equipment (completed, signed and sealed);
3. A supporting technical memorandum, completed for each lot, specifying:
 The equipment warranty;
 After-sales service;
 Delivery and installation times;
 The duration and number of people to be trained in the use of the equipment to be delivered;
 The origin of the equipment to be delivered; its technical characteristics and performance (attach certificate of origin and conformity);
 Human and professional capabilities.
4. commitment to warranty, after-sales service, training, delivery and installation lead times in accordance with the commitment form attached to the specifications;
5. Support the equipment description with visuals and prototypes on CD;
6. The specifications bearing on the last page the handwritten mention "read and accepted".

III. A financial offer: containing:
1. Tender letter (completed, dated, signed and sealed).
2. The unit price schedule (completed, dated, signed and sealed).
3. Specifications (completed, dated, signed and sealed).

Tenderers must submit their bids in a sealed main envelope bearing no external inscriptions other than the following:
Université Mouloud MAMMERI, HASNAOUA I, Tizi-Ouzou.

SUBJECT " Acquisition de matériels de Laboratoires pédagogiques au profit de la faculté des sciences de l'Université Mouloud Mammeri - Tizi-Ouzou "

This main envelope will contain three sealed envelopes:

1. One envelope containing all the application documents, marked "APPLICATION FILE";
2. One envelope containing all the technical bid documents, marked "TECHNICAL BID";
3. The other containing all the financial offer documents, marked "OFFRE FINANCIERE".

Each sealed envelope must be identified as such.

The tender preparation period is set at eighteen (18) days from the date of 04/08/2022.

The deadline for submission of bids is 21/08/2022 before 11:30 am.

Bids must be submitted to the Vice Rectorate in charge of Development, Prospective and Orientation, located on the 5th floor of the rectoral tower, HASNAOUA I of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI. Tizi-Ouzou.

Tenders will be opened on the last day of tender preparation, 21/08/2022 at 1:30 p.m., in the meeting room (6th floor) of the Hasnaoua I rectoral tower. Bidders are invited to attend.

The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus 3 months from the bid opening date.
