The Faculty of Construction Engineering of the UMMTO is launching a consultation for transportation and travel by ground to the professional environment for the benefit of students of the Faculty of Construction Engineering, within the framework of the 2023 operating budget, chapter 22-30, article 02.

The specifications are structured in a single lot: "Student transportation by land.

Persons interested in the present consultation are invited to obtain the specifications from the general secretariat, office B40, (2nd floor) of the administrative block of the Faculty of Construction Engineering of the "Mouloud MAMMERI" University of Tizi-Ouzou. This consultation notice will be published on the UMMTO website: www.ummto.dz and posted in public.

Tenders must be submitted in a closed, anonymous envelope bearing only the words "To be opened only by the tender opening and evaluation committee, consultation no. 02/FGC/UMMTO/2023 concerning transport and travel by land to the workplace for students of the Faculty of Construction Engineering".

       The file must include the following documents:

     A/ Application form :

  • The completed, signed, dated and sealed declaration of candidacy;
  • The declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed;
  • Copy of articles of association for companies;
  • Copy of tax identification card ;
  • Certificate of direct debit ;
  • Income statement tables (TCR) for the last three years, certified by the tax authorities,
  • Copies of evidence of satisfactory performance of similar services over the past three years.
  • Tenderer's criminal record valid at date of tender ;
  • Extract from the audited roles or with schedule dated less than 1 month before the date of submission;
  • Valid CASNOS and CNAS certificates.
  • Attestation de dépôt légal des comptes sociaux pour les sociétés commerciales dotées de personnalité morale de droit algérien.

       B/ Technical offer : 

  • List of specifications;
  • Declaration to be completed, dated, signed and sealed ;
  • Copies of vehicle registration documents ;
  • Copies of the bidder's valid vehicle insurance policies.
  • Copy of the bidder's e-commerce register
  • Valid technical inspection of tenderer's vehicles (copies).

C/ Financial offer:

  • Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed;
  • Unit price schedule completed, signed, dated and sealed ;
  • Quantities and estimates completed, dated, signed and sealed ;

A period of eight (08) days is granted to bidders to prepare and submit their bids from: 12/02/2023.

The deadline for submission of bids is set for 19/02/2023 at 10H30mn at office N° B40, general secretariatof the Faculty of Construction Engineering located at HASNAOUA II.

Bidders may attend the opening of bids, which will take place on the same day as the deadline for submission of bids, i.e. on 19/02/2023 at 11 a. m. in office B40, general secretariat located on the2nd floor of the administrative block of the HASNAOUA II Faculty of Construction Engineering.

The validity period of bidders' offers is equal to the offer preparation period plus 03 months from the date of opening of bids.
