La Faculté de Génie Électrique et Informatique de l’université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou lance la consultation portant «Acquisition de papeterie et fourniture de bureau», dans le cadre de budget de fonctionnement 2022, chapitre 22-13, article 01.
Le cahier des charges est structuré en un seul (01) lot:

The present consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud MAMMERI de Tizi-Ouzou www.ummto.dz
Qualified bidders are invited to obtain the specifications from the General Secretariat of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Université Mouloud MAMMERI in Tizi-Ouzou.
Tenders must include an application file, a technical offer and a financial offer. Each offer is inserted in a closed and sealed envelope, indicating the reference and the subject of the consultation as well as the mention "technical" or "financial", as the case may be. The two envelopes are placed in another anonymous envelope, marked "DO NOT OPEN" and addressed to:

A/ Application file:
- Declaration of candidacy duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- Declaration of probity duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- Company status.
- Copy of trade register.
- Copy of tax identification number
- Copy of the extract from the tax rolls, audited or with schedule and dated less than one month before the date of submission
- Copy of the certificate of updating issued by CASNOS and CNAS.
- Professional capacity (certificate of qualification, accreditation or other).
- Financial capacity (financial resources supported by balance sheets for the last three years, together with RCRs and bank references).
- Technical capacity (human and material resources and professional references).
B/ Dossier de l’offre technique :
• Cahier des charges coté et paraphé
• Numéro et domiciliation du compte bancaire
• Délai de livraison (engagement écrit).
• Qualité de la fourniture (présentation d’échantillons).
• Copie du casier judiciaire datant de moins de trois mois à la date de la soumission
• Déclaration à souscrire dûment renseignée, signée, datée et cachetée
• Déclaration de probité dûment renseignée, signée, datée et cachetée.
C/ Financial offer file:
- Tender letter duly completed, signed, dated and sealed.
- Unit price schedule signed, dated and sealed
- Estimated and quantitative details signed, dated and sealed.
Un délai de huit (08) Jours est accordé aux soumissionnaires pour préparer et déposer leurs offres au niveau du siège de la faculté à compter du : 05 mai 2022.
Le dépôt des offres est fixé à la date du : 12 mai 2022, à 10H00 au secrétariat général de la faculté de Génie Électrique et Informatique.
L’ouverture des plis aura lieu le même jour de la date limite de dépôt : le 12 mai 2022 à 10H30 au siège de la faculté de Génie Électrique et Informatique Tizi-Ouzou.
Bidders may attend the bid opening session if they wish.
The validity period for bids is equal to the bid preparation period plus three months from the date of bid opening.
