The Faculty of Science at the Université Mouloud Mammeri in Tizi-Ouzou has launched a call for tenders for the purchase of "Equipment and supplies for post-graduation" under the 2022 operating budget, chapter 22-23, article 04.

The specifications are structured in a single batch:

Single lot: "Equipment and supplies for post-graduation".

This notice of consultation will be publicly posted and published on the website of the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou: www.ummto.dz.
All qualified bidders in the field are invited to submit their bids for this tender and are invited to obtain the specifications from the secretariat of the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Science at the Université Mouloud Mammeri de Tizi-Ouzou.

Tenders must be submitted to the secretariat of the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Science in closed envelopes addressed to the Dean of the Faculty of Science, marked "N'OUVRIR QUE PAR LA COMMISSION D'OUVERTURE DES PLIS ET D'EVALUATION ET CHOIX DES OFFRES" and the title of the consultation, and must include the following documents:
A/ Application file:
- Declaration of application duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Declaration of probity duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Copy of electronic trade register.
- Copy of tax identification card.
- Bank account number and address.
- Extract from the tax rolls, cleared or with schedule, dated less than one month before the date of submission.
- Up-to-date certificate issued by CASNOS and CNAS (originals).
- Original criminal record dated less than three months before the date of submission.
- Approved 2019, 2020 and 2021 tax balance sheets with TCR.
- Certificates of good performance for 2019, 2020 and 2021.

B/ Technical offer:
- Declaration to be subscribed duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Specifications duly completed, dated, sealed and signed with the last page marked "read and approved".
- Commitment to delivery times duly signed and sealed.

C/ Financial offer:
- Letter of tender duly completed, dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.
- Schedule of unit prices dated, signed, marked and sealed by the bidder.
- Estimate and quantity estimate dated, signed and sealed by the bidder.

Tenderers have seven (07) days to prepare their bids from 13/06/2022.

The deadline for submission of bids is 10:00 am on 19/06/2022.

Tenders will be opened in the presence of any bidders who wish to attend on the same day as the tender submission date (19/06/2022) at 10.30 a.m. in the meeting room of the Faculty of Science, 4th floor.

The bid validity period is equal to the bid preparation period plus three 03 months from the bid opening date.
